Note: Due To The Work Being Carried Out In An Active Building, This Should Be Taken Into Account In The Calculation Of Unit Prices. Only The 1St Floor Will Be Turned Off For The Duration Of The Renovation. The Scope Of The Works Covered By This Tender Is Included In The Tender Cost Estimate (Appendix No. 8 To The Swz). The Contract Also Includes The Organization Of The Construction Site And The Performance Of Other Works Required By Technology. All Works Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb) Annex No. 9 To Swz). The Detailed Scope Of Works Is Given In The Blind Cost Estimate Constituting Appendix 8A To The Swze. Any Unforeseen Works (Not Included In The Blind Cost Estimate And Bill Of Quantities) Will Be Settled On A Separate Order With The As-Built Cost Estimate As Supplementary Or Replacement Works. The Materials Used Must Be Brand New And Have Valid Hygienic Certificates, Technical Approvals And Valid Certificates Allowing For Use In Construction.
