The Subject Of The Contract Is Construction Works As Part Of The Investment Task Entitled Modernization Of Cultural Infrastructure In The Scope Of Reconstruction Of The Seat Of The Local Government Cultural Center In Leśniowice - Stage I. 2. The Scope Of The Investment Includes The First Stage Of Works Related To The Reconstruction And Extension Of The Seat Of The Local Government Cultural Center In Leśniowice And Includes: 2.1 Construction Works: 1) Demolition Works, 2) Earthworks, 3) Overground Walls, Exterior, 6) Roof, Chimneys, 7) Exterior Window And Door Joinery, 8) Partition Walls, Interior Plaster, Floors, 9) Facade, 10) Finishing Works In The Low Part Of The Building, 2.2. Electrical Works: 1) Internal Electrical Installation, 2) Smoke Exhaust System Installation, 3) Computer Installation, 4) Earthing And Lightning Protection Installation, 2.3 Sanitary Works: 1) Water Installation. - Sewage System, 2) Central Heating Installation, 3) Sewage System Rainwater, 4) Hydrant Installation, 5) Gas Installation, Ventilation, 3. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order - The 1St Stage Of Works Is Included In Appendix No. 1A To The Tor - Description Of The Subject Of The Order And In Appendix No. 1 To The Tor - Design Documentation. It Consists Of The Following Documents: 1) Construction Designs, Including: Architectural And Construction Design, Land Development Design, Technical Design - Architecture, Technical Design - Structure, Technical Design Sanitary Installations, Technical Design Electrical Installations; 2) Technical Specifications (Sst ) Architectural And Construction, Sanitary And Electrical Industries;3) Bills Of Quantities. Due To The Fact That The Contractors Remuneration Indicated In The Offer Will Be A Lump Sum, The Contractor When Valuing The Offer Should Be Based On The Scope Indicated In The Design Documentation Referred To In Point 1 And Sst. The Bill Of Quantities Is Auxiliary. 4. Guarantee. The Length Of The Guarantee Period For The Construction Works Performed As Well As The Built-In Materials And Installed Devices - Is The Criterion For Evaluating The Tenders. The Contracting Authority Defines It For A Period Ranging From 36 Months (Minimum Term) To 60 Months (Maximum Term). The Ordering Party Requires That The Period Of The Warranty Granted Is Equal To The Guarantee Period. By Granting The Guarantee, The Contractor Provides Free Warranty Inspections During The Guarantee Period For The Entire Subject Of The Order, So This Cost Should Be Included In The Remuneration. 4.
