The Subject Of The Contract Is The 1St Stage Of The Extension Of The Building Of The Village Hall In Dziarnów. In The First Stage Of Expansion, The Existing Building Will Be Enlarged By Adding A New Part With External Dimensions Of 10.19 M X 8.02 M. In This Part, 3 New Rooms Will Be Created: A Hall, A Cloakroom And A Room Enlarging The Existing Main Room Of The Common Room With A Kitchenette. A New Main Entrance To The Building Will Be Created, With A Ramp For The Disabled. Building Area And 63.08 M2 Of Usable Area.The Order Will Include The Construction Of The Following Elements Of The Building In Accordance With The Scope And Technology Described In The Construction Design: • Footings Made Of Reinforced Concrete, • Foundation Walls Made Of Concrete Blocks With Insulation And Insulation With Polystyrene Boards, • Basement And Internal Load-Bearing Walls Made Of Aerated Concrete 24 Cm, • Reinforced Concrete Columns, • Brick Partition Walls, Lintels, Beams, Binders, • Ceiling Above The Ground Floor - Reinforced Concrete, With Ribs, • Roof Truss Made Of C30 Sawn Timber, • Roofing Made Of Metal Roof Tiles With Lacing And • Downpipes, Gutters And Flashings, • Underlays For Floors With Damp-Proof Insulation Made Of Roofing Felt, • Aluminum Door Joinery Provided In The Entire New Part, • Pvc Window Joinery And Window Sills, • Reinforced Concrete Stairs And A Ramp For The Disabled (Without Railings) And Stoneware Tiles). The Detailed Scope Of Works And The Technology Of Execution Of Works Are Specified In: Construction Design And Technical Specification Constituting Attachments To Swz. The Offer Should Be Prepared On The Basis Of The Above-Mentioned Documents. The Subject Of The Contract Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Requirements Specified By The Employer In The Tor, Construction Design And Technical Specification, As Well As With The Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Construction Art, Applicable Regulations And Polish Standards, On The Terms Indicated In The Offer Submitted By The Contractor, Which Will Constitute An Appendix To The Contract. The Attached Bill Of Quantities Is The Basis For The Valuation In Terms Of The Description Of The Types Of Construction Works To Be Performed. In Terms Of The Number Of Individual Units, It Is Recommended To Treat It As An Auxiliary Material, And The Number Of Units Should Be Determined Independently Based On The Construction Design. Included In The Documents Attached To The Swz (Construction Documentation, Bill Of Quantities And Technical Specification), Any Names Of Manufacturers Or Symbols Defining Some Materials Should Be Be Treated As Examples. Works Covered By The Subject Of The Contract Must Be Performed In Accordance With Applicable Law, Including The Construction Law And Executive Acts Issued On Its Basis, As Well As The Principles Of Technical Knowledge. The Contractor Shall Provide The Ordering Party With A Guarantee For The Subject Of The Contract For A Period Of Min. 36 Months.
