Work Detail
1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Delivery To The Ordering Party Of Hot Meals In The Amount Of About 70 Pcs. Per Day With Service To The Following Schools In The Brańszczyk Commune In The School Year 2023/2024: 1) Primary School In Nowa Wieś2) Primary School In Knurowiec3) Primary School Primary School In Trzcianka4) Primary School In Turzyn5) Primary School In Nowe Budy In The Event Of Suspension Of The Schools Activities Due To The Recurrence Of The Sars-Cov-2 Virus Epidemic Or A Derivative Or Other Virus, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Resign From Ordering Meals Until The Facility Resumes Its Operations, However, Determining The Minimum Order Value In Such A Case (Force Majeure, Independent Of The Parties) Is Not Possible. The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Financial Claims For Unrealized Deliveries. The Contractor May Not Refuse To Deliver Due To A Reduction In The Order. Daily Number Of Meals Will Depend On The Attendance Of Children.2. The Delivery Referred To In Point 1 Will Take Place In Compliance With The Necessary Standards And Sanitary Conditions In The Field Of Food Transport And Mass Catering. 3. The Lunch Portion Should Consist Of A Dish Intended To Be A Meat Meal Twice A Week. One Serving Must Have A Weight Of Not Less Than 400 Grams, Including: 100 Grams Of Meat Or Fish, 100 Grams Of Salad Or Cooked Vegetables And 200 Grams Of Potatoes, Rice, Pasta, Groats Or Other. The Dish May Also Include Dumplings, Pancakes, Dumplings, Croquettes, Pasta With Sauce Or Similar Dishes, Weighing Not Less Than 250 Grams With Salad Or 100 Grams Of Vegetables.4. The Ordering Party Provides Three Times A Week A Meal Consisting Of The Following Ingredients: Soup 300Ml Insert (100G Piece Of Meat, Sausage Or Product Equivalent In Terms Of Calories), Bread (50G Bun Or Bread).5. The Calorific Value Of A Meal Should Not Be Less Than 500 Kcal. The Ordering Party Stipulates That The Delivered Meals Should Be Fresh And Delivered As Soon As Possible After Cooking.8. Meals: 1) 1) Three Days A Week: Soup 300Ml (Weight After Heat Treatment) With An Insert (Piece Of Meat 100/ + Bread + Disposable Plate + Spoon With Delivery And Service 2) Two Days A Week (Tuesday, Thursday) : Potatoes Rice Grits, Dumplings (Silesian, Dumplings) Or Pasta + Piece Of Meat + Salad + Disposable Plate + Cutlery (Fork And Knife) With Delivery And Service, The Meal Should Weigh At Least 400G3) The Nutritional And Caloric Value Should Be In Line With With The Requirements In Force In The Nutrition Of Children And Adolescents; 4) The Contractor Will Ensure The Uniqueness Of The Dishes Within The Next 10 Days. 9. Meals Will Be Delivered In Thermally Insulated Containers - Owned By The Contractor, Ensuring Appropriate Hygienic And Sanitary Conditions. The Contractor Provides Disposable Dishes, Spoons And Cutlery For Each Child And Ensures The Collection And Disposal Of Used Dishes, Spoons And Cutlery.10. Meals Offered To Students At School Should Meet The Quality Requirements And Have A Nutritional Value, Including Energy, Adapted To The Age Of Students - Meals Will Be Served At A Temperature Not Lower Than 65° C. 11. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Employer With A List Of Proposed Meals Constituting The Subject Of The Menu With The Weight Of Meals At Least 7 Days In Advance, Taking Into Account The Requirement Of Uniqueness Of Dishes Referred To In Point 8 Item 4). 12. The Meal, The Method Of Its Preparation And Transport Should Meet The Conditions Set Out In Generally Applicable Laws, In Particular In The Act Of 25 August 2006 On Food And Nutrition Safety And In The Implementing Regulations. 13. Places And Times Of Meal Delivery: 1) Primary School In Nowa Wieś, From 9.00 To 12.00 2) Primary School In Knurowiec From 9.00 To 12.00 3) Primary School In Trzcianka From 9.00 To 12.00 4) Primary School In Turzyn From 9.00 To 12.00 5) Primary School In Nowe Budy From From 9.00 To 12.00 14. The Ordering Party Provides For The Delivery Of A Total Of About 13,000 Meals A Year To The Above-Mentioned Schools. The Number Of Meals Within The Delivery Constituting The Entire Subject Of The Order Is Not Fixed And May Change.15. Meals Will Be Distributed To Persons Entitled To Receive Them (I.E. Eligible Children And Youth) On The Basis Of Decisions Issued By The Head Of The Social Welfare Center In Brańszczyk16. The Ordering Party Stipulates That The Number Of People Using Meals Specified In Point 1 Has Been Estimated And May Change - Decrease Or Increase During The Term Of The Agreement, Depending On The Number Of Students Entitled To Receive Meals And Depending On The Number Of Children Attending Classes At School Each Day. The Contractor Will Be Informed About This Each Time By School Directors Or A Designated Employee Of The Employer.17. Deliveries Will Not Be Made By The Contractor On Days Free From School Hours And School Holidays. If The Children Attend School On A Different Day, E.G. Do Their Homework At School, The Children Are Covered By This Form Of Assistance, But This Fact Should Be Reported 3 Days In Advance To The Person Delivering And Distributing Hot Meals. 18. In The Absence Of Funds For Feeding Children During The Execution Of The Contract, The Ordering Party May Terminate The Contract With The Contractor. 19. The Employer Stipulates That The Number Of Students And Children Using Hot Meals May Change During The Term Of The Contract And Each Time The Contractor Will Be Informed On An Ongoing Basis About The Number Of Meals To Be Provided. 20. The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare And Deliver Meals Of The Highest 4Th Standard, Based On The Highest Quality And Safety Products In Accordance With The Standards. 21. The Place Where Meals Are Prepared By The Contractor, The Method Of Their Preparation And Transport Must Be Carried Out In Accordance With Appropriate Hygienic And Sanitary Conditions.22. Meals Should Be Prepared Taking Into Account The Requirements Referred To In The Regulations Issued On The Basis Of Art. 52C Sec. 6 Of The Act Of August 25, 2006 On Food Safety And Nutrition (Consolidated Text, Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 2132) And The Principles Of Proper Nutrition Set Out By The Food And Nutrition Institute In Warsaw. Meals Must Comply With The Guidelines Of The Nutrition And Physical Activity Cards For Children And Youth At School.23. The Demand For Soups Throughout The Entire Period Of The Order Is Approximately 7,800 Items, And 5,200 Items For The Second Course24. Meals Should Be Delivered To School Canteens, To The Canteen Room Or To The Point Of Serving Meals, Located In The Schools Specified In Point 13, In Quantities In Accordance With Individual Arrangements With The Headmasters Of The Above-Mentioned Schools. 25. Meals Shall Be Delivered By The Contractor At His Own Expense, With His Own Transport Having A Certificate Of Entry In The Register Of Establishments Kept By The Relevant State Poviat Sanitary Inspector, In Specialized Dishes Guaranteeing The Maintenance Of The Appropriate Temperature And Quality Of The Transported Dishes. The Route To Deliver Meals Is Approx. 45 Km/Day.26. The Contractor Bears The Costs Of Loading And Unloading All Deliveries Of Meals.27. Persons Who Will Perform The Subject Of The Contract, Including Transporting Meals And Loading And Unloading Meals, Are Required To Have A Valid Medical Certificate For Sanitary And Epidemiological Purposes On The Lack Of Contraindications To Perform Such Work.28. The Contractor Shall Ensure The Collection And Disposal Of Unconsumed Food Leftovers.29. Thermos Flasks Or Thermoports Together With Unconsumed Meal Remnants Should Be Collected On The Day Of Meal Delivery.30. Distribution Of Meals Is The Responsibility Of The Ordering Party.31. Meals Should Be Prepared By Staff With The Required Professional Qualifications And Valid Sanitary And Epidemiological Certificates, And Based On A Kitchen Base Adapted To Prepare Meals For Mass Catering.
