The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery And Installation Of Catering Equipment As Well As Porcelain, Cutlery And Small Catering Equipment For Food Points In The Facilities Of Uzdrowisko Kołobrzeg S.A.: Pż Mewa, Pż Perła Bałtyku, Pż Muszelka, In Accordance With Annex No. 1 2. Detailed Description And Conditions Deliveries Are Listed In Appendix 1 To This Specification.3. The Delivered Equipment Should Be Brand New And Provided With Appropriate Attestations And Certificates And Should Comply With The Technical And Operational Parameters Described In The Assortment Specifications Included In Appendix 1 To This Specification. Each Device Should Be Accompanied By A User Manual In Polish And A Warranty Card.4. The Delivery Is Connected With The Service Consisting In The Delivery Of The Ordered Equipment By The Contractors Transport To The Destination, Installation Of The Equipment In The Workplace, Connection Of The Equipment To The Appropriate Networks And Their Activation, As Well As Training Of The Personnel Employed In Two Shifts To Operate The Equipment.5. Response Time To Possible Failures Up To 3 Hours During The Warranty Period.6. In The Case Of Longer Failures Exceeding 2 Days, Provision Of A Replacement Device With The Same Functional Functions.7. Regular Mandatory Service Inspections At Least Once A Month From The Final Delivery Report Confirmed In The Inspection Book.8. Obligatory Familiarization With The Technical Possibilities Of Connecting Devices In The Indicated Facility Before Submitting The Offer9. The Guarantee And Warranty Period For The Delivered Equipment Is Not Less Than 3 Years.
