Proceeding No. Np.26.2.67.23.Do.1.1 Pursuant To Art. 310 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Contracting Authority Provides For The Possibility Of Canceling The Procedure In Question If The Public Funds Which The Contracting Authority Intended To Allocate To Finance The Whole Or Part Of The Contract Have Not Been Awarded To It. Remote Sensing Measurements, Botanical Research, Zoological Research, Soil Science Research, Sozological Research - Cartographic Study. 1.4 The Order Within The Scope Of The Order Covered By The Right Of Option No. 1 Includes The Performance Of Research Using Bees, As A Result Of Which Information Will Be Obtained On Pesticides And Metals As Well As The Structure Of The Species Composition Of Melliferous Plants In The Research Area Of The White Seas Area. 1.5 The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Exercise The Right Of Option, In Whole Or In Part, As Defined, Inter Alia, In Art. 441 Of The Public Procurement Law, I.E. Increasing The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Part Of The Subject Of The Contract Described In The Swz And The Contract In The Scope Of Option No. 1 Concerns The Possibility Of Commissioning Further Services Regarding The Performance Of Research Using Bees, As A Result Of Which Information On Pesticides And Metals And The Structure Of The Species Composition Of Melliferous Plants In The Research Area Of The White Seas Area Will Be Obtained. Therefore, The Employer May, But Does Not Have To, Commission The Contractor To Perform The Contract Of The Option Covered By The Right In Whole Or In Part. The Contractor Shall Not Be Entitled To Any Claims Due To The Ordering Partys Failure To Exercise The Option Right, In Whole Or In Part. The Ordering Party Guarantees The Performance Of The Basic Order. The Contractor Is Entitled To Remuneration For The Actually Performed Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Right Of Option Applies To The Instruction, As Part Of The Subject Of The Contract, To Perform Further Services Related To Research And Environmental Expertise By The Contractor. The Ordering Party Shall Make The Exercise Of The Option Right Conditional On The Financial Capabilities Allowing For Their Execution. In Order To Exercise The Option Right, In Whole Or In Part, The Ordering Party Shall Provide The Contractor With A Statement (Order) In Written Or Electronic Form With A Qualified Electronic Signature To The Registered Office Or E-Mail Address Indicated For Correspondence By March 29, 2024, And In Such A Case The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Implement It In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Swz And Its Annexes, For The Price And Within The Time Limits Resulting From The Content Of The Submitted Offer And The Concluded Contract. In The Event Of Ordering The Option Right, In Whole Or In Part, The Employer, After The Assumed Date Of March 29, 2024, Allows For The Extension Of The Term Of The Contract By An Appropriate Number Of Days. 1.6 A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Presented In The Appendices To The Tor, I.E.: 1.6.1 Appendix 9 - Description Of The Subject And Material Scope Of The Order; 1.6.2 Appendix 10 - Graphic Scope With The Indicated Scope. That, For Example, The Words Study, Expertise And Documentation, Or Their Plural Form, Should Be Treated As Equivalent, Regardless Of The Context In Which They Are Used, As The Scope Of The Contract Covers Many Types Of Services And Activities That Can Be Defined Differently In Practice. 1.8 The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Provide At Least 36 Months Of Warranty And Guarantee, Counted From The Date Of Acceptance Of The Subject Of The Contract, While Within And During The Warranty And Guarantee Period, The Contractor Is Also Obliged To Perform The Function Of Authors Supervision And Cooperation As Part Of A Lump Sum Remuneration With A Representative Or Representatives Of The Entity Developing Complete Design And Cost Documentation For The Development Of The White Seas Area, As Well As For Ongoing Cooperation Directly With The Employer And Representatives Authorized To Contact.2. The Economic Operator Should Complete And Sign The Offer Form With Attachments Or Submit An Offer Corresponding To Their Content, Using A Qualified Electronic Signature, Trusted Signature Or Personal Signature, And Place It Using The E-Order Platform, Available On The Website Http://Ezamowienia.Gov.Pl .3. The Contractor Must Attach To The Offer All Documents And Statements As Well As Attachments Presented In The Swz Signed With A Qualified Electronic Signature, Trusted Signature Or Personal Signature.4. The Contractor Must Offer The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Employers Requirements Set Out In Swz.5. The Terms Of The Contract Are Included In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Contained In The Swz.
