The Intelligent System For Managing The Water Supply And Sewage Network In The Ole nica Commune Will Consist Of The Following Parts (Functional Subsystems): - Water Supply Network Monitoring System; - Gis It System; - Numerical Model Of The Water Distribution System. The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Development And Implementation Of The System Gis, Including Water And Sewage Management Facilities And Water And Sewage Networks In The Ole nica Commune; The Implementation Of The Gis System Also Includes The Delivery And Configuration Of Computer Hardware Necessary For The Proper Functioning Of The Gis System, Development And Completion Of The Geospatial Gis Database In The Field Of Water And Sewage Networks, Configuration Of The Entire System And Its Integration With Other It Systems Implemented As Part Of This Task;2 ) Development And Implementation Of A Calibrated Mathematical Model Of The Water Supply Network Operating In The Ole nica Commune; The Implementation Of The Mathematical Modeling System Also Includes The Delivery And Configuration Of Computer Hardware Necessary For The Proper Functioning Of The Mathematical Model;3) Carrying Out Hydraulic Analyzes Of The Working Conditions Of The Water Supply Network Using A Calibrated Mathematical Model Of The Water Distribution System In The Ole nica Commune;4) Designing, Implementing And Configuring A Monitoring System Water Supply Network In Zones; 5) Delivery And Configuration Of Other It Tools And Computer Hardware Necessary For The Proper And Failure-Free Operation Of The Entire Water Supply And Sewage Network Management System; 6) Training Of The Employers Staff On The Use, Maintenance And Expansion Of The Implemented It: Gis System, Mathematical Modeling System For Water Supply Networks, Monitoring System For Water Supply Network. The Contractor Is Obliged To Properly Perform The Subject Of The Contract, In Accordance With The Requirements Set Out In The Specification Of The Contract Conditions And The Provisions Of The Contract Template As Well As The Principles Of Technical Knowledge, Due Diligence And Applicable Standards And Regulations. The Detailed Scope And Method Of Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract Are Specified In The Subject Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract, Including The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Constituting Appendix No. 10 To The Tor. Guarantee And Warranty For The Subject Of The Contract For A Minimum Period Of 36 Months From The Date Of Final Acceptance Of This Order. The Guarantee And Warranty Cover The Entire Order, In Particular: Materials, Assembly, Implementation Of Information Systems And Technical Support. The Contractor Shall Provide A Guarantee And Warranty For The Subject Of The Contract For The Period Indicated In The Tender Form, In Compliance With The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party In The Field Of Guarantee And Warranty. Contract Completion Date: Not Longer Than 90 Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract.
