Tenders Are Invited For Service Concession Relating To The Management Of Ski Lifts And Ski Areas In The Sectors Of Pleney, Nyon, Chamossi re And Charniaz
Service Concession Relating To The Management Of Ski Lifts And Ski Areas In The Sectors Of Pleney, Nyon, Chamossi re And Charniaz. The Communes Of Morzine, Verchaix And Les Gets Have Set Up A Group Of Granting Authorities On The Basis Of The Provisions Of Articles L. 31121 And L 31122 Of The Public Procurement Code, With A View To Preparing And Signing This Concession Contract For Single Public Service Delegation, Relating To The Management And Operation Of A Coherent Domain Bringing Together Beyond The Municipal Limits, The Sectors Of Pleney, Nyon, Chamossi re And Charniaz. According To Articles L.3423 Of The Tourism Code And In Accordance With Articles L.31147 And R.31141 Of The Public Procurement Code, The Duration Of The Contract Will Be Fixed According To The Nature And The Importance Of The Investments Requested From The Concessionaire. The Provisional Duration Of The Concession Agreement Will Be Between 15 And 25 Years. The Contract Will Take Effect On May 1, 2024. It Will Bind The Parties For A Period Set At 15 Years Minimum And 25 Years Maximum, And Will Therefore End No Later Than April 30, 2049
