The Purpose Of The Tender Is As Follows: To Conclude One Framework Agreement With One (1) Contractor For The Performance Of Diving Activities, Including Cleaning Activities, Maintenance, Repairs And Inspections Under Water And The Supply Of Various Products, Including Lock Gates. The Contracting Authority Is Looking For A Party With Sufficient Experience In Carrying Out Work At Treatment Plants And In Surface Water. The Tenderer Must Have Experience In Dealing With Health Risks Associated With Diving In Water Treatment Plants.
