Pursuant To Article L. 211310 Of The Public Procurement Code, The Framework Agreement Is Allotted. It Is Made Up Of 3 Lots: Lot 1 Police Bibs; Lot 2: Gendarmerie Bibs; Lot 3: Customs And Prison Administration Bibs. The Framework Agreement, Single-Attribute Per Lot, Will Give Rise To The Award Of Subsequent Contracts. It Is Executed By Means Of Purchase Orders Under The Conditions Set Out In Articles R. 216213 And R. 216214 Of The Public Procurement Code. The Framework Agreement Will Be Concluded For A Period Of 4 Years From The Date Of Its Notification
