Repair Bridge Deck Plate Baanbrug In Boom.The Works Include: Placing A Protective Construction Above And Below The Bridge Impact Of The Movable Bridge; Inspecting The Bridge Deck Slab For Fatigue Cracks, But Also For Other Types Of Cracks; Testing The Prescribed Recovery Methods; Repairing The Orthotropic Steel Bridge Decking Plate; Replacement Of The Wear Layer In The Roadway Section Of The Movable Bridge; Balancing The Movable Bridge During And After The Repair Work; Applying Road Markings; Renewal Of The Existing Access Covers.Phasing:The Works Are Divided Into Two Phases:Phase 1: In This Preparatory Phase, The Contractor Must Work Out A Plan Of Action For Repairing The Bridge Deck Slab Cracks And The Cracks In The Longitudinal Welds Of The Trough Legs As Shown In The Order Documents. This Action Plan Includes, Among Other Things, The Phasing Of The Works And The Elaboration Of A Welding Plan And Quality Plan (Itp) In Which The Various Welding Details Are Included. The Contractor Bases This On The Principles Elaborated In The Contract Drawings And In The Provisions Of Sb260-26-*9.3.6. In This Action Plan, The Contractor Makes A Proposal For Repairing The Bridge Deck Slab At Dd1, Which Connects To The Bridge Deck Striker Plate (At The End Of The Bridge Impact). The Repair Methods That The Contractor Includes In Its Action Plan Are Tested. By The Contractor On Test Pieces In The Workshop And This For The Three Already Known Repair Methods: Repairing Cover Plate Cracks Using An Insert Repairing Cover Plate Cracks By Grinding/Gouging And Sealing Repairing Cracks In Longitudinal Welding Trough Legs By Grinding/Gouging And Sealing All Zones With A Specific Weld Preparation Are Cut Through And A Macro Is Created By Means Of. Sanding, Polishing And Etching So That The (Through) Weld Can Be Checked. When Testing The Repair Methods, The Focus Is Placed On Testing How To Obtain A Good Weld Preparation On Site, How To Obtain A Good Penetration When Laying The Welds, How To Limit The Weld Shrinkage And The Feasibility Of The Theoretical Detail. The Contractor Shall Submit Sufficient Documentation Of These Tests (Schematics Of The Tests Performed, Photos Of The Intermediate Steps And The Results, ...). This Action Plan And The Associated Test Results Are Submitted To The Contracting Authority For Approval. In Addition, The Following Works Are Carried Out In This Preparatory Phase: Measurement Of The Imbalance Of The Bridge; Drafting Of The Calculation Note For The Determination Of The Counterweight.Phase 2: In This Phase, All Works Are Carried Out On The Site.Phase 2 Includes: - Placing A Protective Construction Above And Below The Bridge Impact Of The Movable Bridge; - Inspecting The Bridge Deck Slab For Fatigue Cracks, But Also For Other Types Of Cracks; - Repairing The Orthotropic Steel Bridge Decking Plate; - Replacing The Wear Layer In The Roadway Section Of The Movable Bridge; - Balancing The Movable Bridge During And After The Repair Work; - Applying Road Markings; - Renewing The Existing Access Covers.
