The Subject Of The Contract Is Construction Works Consisting In The Renovation Of The Sewage System, Drainage And Insulation Of Foundations In The Buildings Of Public Kindergarten No. 33, Public Kindergarten No. 35 And Nursery No. 1 In Tarnów At Ul. Topolowa, On Plot No. 25/2, Precinct 0192. The Scope Of Works To Perform The Order Includes, Among Others: 1) Execution Of A Section Of Rainwater Drainage System With Connections; 2) Execution Of A Drainage Section; 3) Execution Of Insulation Of Foundations; 4) Execution Of A Section Of Sanitary Sewage System Connections; 5) Taking Measurements; 6) Reconstructing The Hardened Concrete Surface After The Works; 7) Making A Geodetic As-Built Inventory. Attention! The Construction Project (Stages I-Iv) Includes Insulation Of The Foundations And Renovation Of The Sewage System In The Above-Mentioned Buildings. The Task Is Carried Out In Stages. The Scope Of Works Covered By This Order Is Specified In The Boom Of Quality And Marked In Red On The Land Development In The File Entitled Work Stage Drawing - Included In The Design Documentation, Constituting Appendix No. 8 To The Swz. The Remaining Scope Covered By The Documentation Will Be Implemented In The Following Years On The Basis Of Separate Procurement Procedures. Important: Due To The Fact That The Works Will Be Carried Out In Active Facilities, They Should Be Carried Out In Close Consultation With The Facility Managers, I.E. Directors Of Kindergartens And Nurseries. Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Includes The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Opz), Constituting Appendix No. 1 To The Tor And The Design Documentation, Constituting Appendix No. 8 To The Tor.
