1) The Subject Of The Contract Is The Operation Of Road Lighting Devices In The City Of Wa brzych In The Area Of The Following Housing Estates: Piaskowa G ra, Podzamcze, Szczawienko And Lubiech w, In The Amount Of Approximately 2651 Points. 2) All Materials And Equipment Necessary To Perform The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Provided By The Contractor. 3) The Contractor Is Obliged To Have The Necessary Stock Of Spare Parts To Enable The Liquidation Of Failures In Street Lighting Devices. 2022.699 As Amended). 5) As Part Of The Contract, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Create A Road Lighting Emergency Service Available 24 Hours A Day (Applies To Emergency Cases). 6) The Contractor Selected To Provide The Service For The Operation Of Road Lighting Devices Is Responsible For The Technical Condition And Safe Operation Of All Lighting Devices Installed In This Area And Bears All Consequences For Failure To Meet The Above Requirements, Including Legal Consequences In Cases Where Improper Operation Poses A Threat To Human Health And Life Or Causes An Accident (Does Not Apply To Random Events Resulting From No Fault Of Contractors). 7) The Ordering Party Has A System For Remote Monitoring And Management Of Street Lighting With The Use Of Rabbit Cpanet Controllers. Should Enable A Smooth Change Of The Luminaire Inclination Angle Both On The Extension Arm And Directly On The Pole; D) Luminaires Made In Protection Class Ii; E) Luminaires Should Be Equipped With Ballasts With Thermal Protection; F) It Is Allowed To Use Electronic Ballasts, Excluding High-Frequency Devices G) Luminaires Must Be Equipped With Light Distribution Regulation Implemented By Changing The Relative Position Of The Light Source And Reflector In At Least 3 Marked Positions Documented In Available Databases For Publicly Available Lighting Parameters Calculation Programs; H) Luminaire Cover Made Of A Material With A Strength Of Not Less Ik 08, With Increased Resistance To Uv Radiation;I) Electric Gear Panel Made Of Plastic, Removable Without The Use Of Tools From The Luminaire Mounted On The Pole And Connected To The Power Supply, J) Tool-Free Replacement Of The Light Source And The Gear Panel From The Bottom,K) The Luminaire Reflector Must Be Be Made Of Aluminum As A One-Piece Body, Protected From The Top With A Body. If The Manufacturers Name, Trademark, Patent Or Origin For Specific Materials, Devices, Etc. Has Been Indicated In The Swz Or In Any Other Document, The Employer Requires That Such An Indication Be Treated As An Example And Allows The Use Of Equivalent Products, Materials, Devices, Etc. Poles Buried In The Ground Must Be Tubular Conical (Convergent) Steel,3. Hot-Dip Galvanized Poles And Booms,4. Poles Adapted To Wind Zone Iii,5. The Pole Must Be Compatible With All Types Of Extension Arms, 6. The Opening Through Which The Cable Is Inserted Into The Pole Should Be Protected (Finished) In A Way That Prevents Damage To The Cable.
