Work Detail

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery, Installation And Commissioning Of A Virtual Shooting Range For Liceum Og lnokszta c ce Im. Jana Karskiego In Wi niowa G ra With Technical Parameters And Equipment Specified In Appendix No. 5 To This Swz.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order As Well As Technical Requirements And Operational Parameters Of The Virtual Shooting Range Are Specified In Appendix No. 5 To The Tor - Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Which Is An Integral Part Of This Tor.3. The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Should Be Read Together With Any Changes To The Content Of The Specification, Which Are, For Example, The Result Of Answers To Contractors Inquiries.4. The Contractor Is Responsible For Accidents And Damages Occurring During The Execution Of The Order. Civil Liability Towards Third Parties As Well As For Random Events Is Assumed By The Contractor. 5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Sell And Deliver To The Ordering Party The Subject Of The Order That Is Brand New, Full Value, Complete, Free From Manufacturing And Legal Defects, Made In Safe Technologies, Fit For Use At The Time Of Acceptance. 6. All Elements Of The Equipment That Require Assembly Or Assembly Must Be Assembled And Installed By The Contractor In The Place Indicated By The Employer7. The Contractor, After Delivery And After Completion Of Assembly, Is Obliged To Tidy Up The Delivery Area And Assembly Site, Including The Management Of The Generated Waste. 8. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With A Warranty For Physical Defects. The Warranty Period For Physical Defects Is 24 Months From The Date Of Receipt Of The Subject Of The Order On The Terms Set Out In The Civil Code. The Contractor Is Responsible For All Defects Of The Subject Of The Contract Revealed During The Warranty Period.9. Regardless Of The Rights Under The Warranty, The Contractor Shall Provide The Employer With A Minimum 24-Month Warranty For The Entire Subject Of The Contract. The Warranty Period Is A Criterion For Evaluating Offers. The Warranty Period Begins On The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Report And Commissioning And Ends On The Warranty Expiry Date.10. The Ordering Party Stipulates That Wherever In The Content Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Bill Of Quantities, The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Constituting The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Trademarks, Patents Or Origins, Sources Or Detailed Processes That Characterize The Products Or Services Have Been Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Provided By A Specific Contractor, European Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specification Approvals, Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Sec. 1 Point 2 And Sec. 3 Of The Act - The Employer Allows Methods, Materials, Devices, Systems, Technologies, Etc. Equivalent To Those Presented In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. Equivalent To Those Presented In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Understood To Be Made By Any Manufacturers While Maintaining Identical Or Better Technical Parameters And Functional Values And Fully Compatible With The Rest Of The Devices, Provided That They Meet The Same Technical Characteristics As Those Proposed By The Ordering Party. The Parameters Of The Indicated Standard Determine The Minimum Technical, Operational, Utility, Quality And Functional Conditions To Be Met By The Subject Of The Contract. The Indicated Trademarks, Patents, Brands Or Names Of The Manufacturer Or Sources Or Specific Processes Indicating The Origin Only Define The Class Of The Product, Methods, Materials, Devices, Systems, Technologies, Etc.11. The Offer May Include Methods, Materials, Devices, Systems, Technologies, Etc. Of Other Brands And Manufacturers, However, With Technical, Quality Parameters, Performance And Functional Properties Corresponding To The Methods, Materials, Devices, Systems, Technologies, Etc. Described In The Tor. In Addition, The Employer Emphasizes That Equivalent Methods, Materials, Devices, Systems, Technologies, Etc. Cannot Be Substitutes For The Methods, Materials, Devices, Systems, Technologies, Etc. Described In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract By Means Of Trademarks, Patents, Origin, Source Or A Specific Process.12. The Contractor Who Offers Methods, Materials, Devices, Systems, Technologies, Etc. Equivalent To Those Presented In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Is Obliged To Demonstrate This Equivalence. Pursuant To Point 35 Of The Judgment Of The Court Of Justice Of The European Union Of 2018-07-12, C-14/17, For This Purpose It Is Required To Submit Relevant Documents And Statements Confirming, E.G. Catalog Cards/Technical Specifications/Descriptions, Etc.13. The Order Is Co-Financed By The Ministry Of National Defense As Part Of The Shooting Range In The District 2023 Competition.
