The Subject Of The Contract Is The Construction Of A Water Tank For Fire Protection Purposes In The Area Of ​​The Intercommunal Landfill Of Municipal Waste, Rev. Toniszewo Plot No. 126/1, 125/1, 124/1 And Kopaszyn Plot No. 9, Commune Of Wągrowiec. Vertical Cylindrical Steel Tank With A Flat Fixed Roof, Intended For Water Storage For Fire Protection Installations. With Technical And Operational Parameters: - Working Capacity - 307 M3 - Height: - 7.20 M - Diameter: - 7.75 M - Tank Construction - Steel Bolted - Thermal Insulation - Internal - Color - Galvanized Construction Embankment (Soil Replacement). Under The Foundation Slab, The Soil Should Be Replaced At Least To The Frost Penetration Depth, I.E. 1.00 M Below Ground Level. But Not Shallower Than To The Top Of The Load-Bearing Soil. The Embankment Should Be Made Of Non-Cohesive, Multi-Grained Soils In The Form Of Medium And Coarse Sands, Gravels And Aggregates With An Optimum Humidity Of Approximately 10%. The Use Of Native Cohesive Soils In The Form Of Loamy Sands And Sandy Loams Is Excluded Due To The Risk Of Creating A Water-Impermeable Barrier That Could Significantly Disrupt The Existing Natural Rainwater Drainage System From The Area. The Bottom Of The Excavation Should Be Protected And Stabilized With A Layer Of Monolithic Concrete Of Class C8/10, Minimum 10 Cm Thick. Tank Shell Made Of S350gd+Z275 Steel Sheets With Dimensions Of 1250X2500 And 1250X2540 Mm, Bolted On The Construction Site Along Vertical And Horizontal Joints With M12 Class 8.8 Bolts. All Rings Made Of 2.5 Mm Thick Sheets. The Connections Of The Tank Shell Sheets Are Ordinary Lap Joints Screwed Together. A Flat Roof With A Slight Slope From The Inside Of The Tank To The Outside. The Roof Structure Consists Of Load-Bearing Beams And Trapezoidal Sheet Metal. An External Ladder Composed Of Three Prefabricated Segments. The Tank Shell Is Insulated From The Inside With 40 Mm Thick Polystyrene Panels Fixed To The Tank Shell Sheets With M12 Class 8.8 Hot-Dip Galvanized Bolts. The Tightness Of The Tank Is Ensured By An Epdm Membrane In The Form Of A Bag Mounted Inside The Tank. The Membrane Is Separated From The Reinforced Concrete Foundation Slab By A Geotextile Spacer With A Weight Of 300 G/M2.
