The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Task Entitled: Modernization Of The Boiler Room In The Building Of The Commune Office In Włoszczowa Consisting In The Construction Of An Internal Gas Installation Of High-Methane Natural Gas To Secure Heating Needs In The Existing And Used Administration And Office Building In Włoszczowa, Ul. Partyzantow 14, Plot No. 8003; Precinct: 0005 Włoszczowa, Registration Unit: 261306_4 Włoszczowa. Internal Gas Installation Should Be Made Of Seamless Black Steel Pipes According To Pn-En 10305-1 Or Pn-H-74219. Pipes Should Be Certified For The B Safety Mark And Be Marked With This Mark. For Steel Pipes, Welding Is Planned, Except For The Approach To Gas Receivers - Connection By Bolting Using Cast Iron Fittings With Tightness Obtained On The Thread. Thread Sealant Should Only Be Used As Tape, Cord Or Teflon Caps. Semi-Fluid Anerobes Are Also The Preferred Sealant. Gas Lines Should Be Laid With A Slope Of Min. 4Mm Per 1.0M. In The Direction Of The Gas Supply, To Gas Receivers. At Passages Through Structural Partitions (Walls, Ceilings), Cables Should Be Led In Protective Pipes, And Through Other Partitions - In Loose Openings; Free Places Should Be Sealed With A Sealant That Does Not Cause Pipe Corrosion. Protective Pipes 3 Cm On Each Side Of The Ceiling Or Structural Partition. The Gas Installation Pipes Should Be Led Along The Walls On Supporting Structures And Slings. For Horizontal Pipes, The Distance Between The Holders Is Not More Than 2.0 M, For Vertical Pipes Not More Than 3.0 M. In A Way That Ensures The Safety Of Their User. The Distance Between The Gas Pipes And Other Pipes Should Allow For Maintenance Work. Horizontal Sections Of Gas Installations Should Be Located At A Distance Of At Least 0.1 M Above Other Installation Pipes. Gas Installation Pipes Crossing With Other Installation Pipes Should Be At Least 20 Mm Apart. Steel Sections Of The Gas Installation Should Be Made Of Seamless Steel Pipes Meeting The Requirements Of Pn-En 10216, Pn-En 10305-1 Or Pn-H-74219, Or Another Standard With The Same Strength Requirements. The Steel Used Should Have A Yield Strength Not Lower Than 245 N/Mm2. It Is Recommended To Use A Material With A Minimum Standard Yield Strength Of 290 N/Mm2 (L290 Nb Material). Connections Of Steel Sections Should Be Made By Electric Or Gas Welding. Welding Pipes Should Be Well Cleaned And Have Sufficient Clearance. For Welding, They Should Be Arranged In An Axis, And The Distance Between The Ends Of The Pipes Should Ensure Proper Welding. Welding Of Pipes Should Take Place At An Ambient Temperature Of Not Less Than -50C. A Quick-Closing Flap Valve Dn50 Will Be Installed On The Gas Installation, On The Outer Wall Of The Building - Before The Installation Enters The Building. In The Room Where The Gas Receivers Will Be Installed, It Is Planned To Place A Methane Detector Under The Ceiling, Cooperating With The Asbig System Through The Control Module And The Dn50 Quick-Closing Flap Valve, As Well As With The Optical And Acoustic Signaling Device. The Detector Should Be Connected To The Control Module With A Ydy Or Yksy 4X0.5 Mm2 Copper Cable. The Optical-Acoustic Signaling Unit Consisting Of An Optical And Acoustic Signaling Device Will Be Connected To The Circuit Of The Control Module With The Ytksy 4X0.8Mm2 Cable. The Control Module Requires ~230V Electricity Supply With A Ydy 3X1.5Mm2 Cable. Gas Receivers Will Be Installed In Rooms That Meet The Requirements For Cubic Capacity, Room Height (Min. 2.2 M), Ventilation And Flue Gas Discharge. All Installed Gas Receivers Should Have A Ce Safety Declaration For Use With High-Methane Natural Gas With The Symbol E. The Project Provides For The Installation Of 2 Central Heating Boilers. With A Closed Combustion Chamber Q=103.9 Kw Gas Receivers Should Be Connected To The Installation Using The So-Called Couplings Or Flexible Steel Hoses Approved For Operation For Natural Gas, E.G. According To Pn-En 14800:2010. Cut-Off Ball Valves Should Be Installed In Front Of Gas Receivers, At A Height Of Min. 0.70 M Above Floor Level. The Subject Of The Contract Is Defined In The Documentation. The Scope Of Works Also Includes Restoring The Structure At The Site Of The Works To Its Original Condition. Note: The Bills Of Quantities Attached To The Documentation Do Not Constitute A Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. They Have Been Attached To The Swz For Information And Support Purposes. Bills Of Quantities Do Not Constitute The Basis For Calculating The Remuneration Due To The Contractor In Connection With The Acceptance Of Lump Sum Remuneration. The Contractor Is Obliged To Make His Own Arrangements As To The Actual Scope Of Works Required To Achieve The Result And To Make Any Additions Or Changes To The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract.
