1. The Subject Of The Contract Is: Provision Of Catering Services For The Needs Of Educational Institutions Located In The City And Commune Of Bierutów In The Form Of A Two-Course Lunch For About 62 Children Aged 3 To 6 A Day, And On The Preparation And Delivery To Primary Schools Located In The Town And Commune Of Bierutów Of One Hot Meal With Bread For About 83 Children Of School Age. Meals Include: - Pre-School Units - Two-Course Lunch - 62 Children (The Number Of Children Is Subject To Change As It Is An Estimate Only) - Primary Schools - One Hot Meal With Bread - 83 Children (The Number Of Children Is Subject To Change As It Is An Estimate Only) )3. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes: Preparation Of A Two-Course Dinner For About 62 Children From Pre-School Wards And One Hot Meal With Bread For About 83 School-Age Children In The Period From 01/09/2023 To 31/12/2023. Meals Will Be Delivered From Monday To Friday Until 11:30 Am. 4. The Ordering Party Specifies The Size Of The Subject Of The Contract For The Duration Of The Contract From 01/09/2023 To 31/12/2023, I.E. 83 Days: Kindergarten Classes - Primary School In Sprzedażowa 2,075 Two-Course Lunches (About 25 Children), Primary School In Wabienice 3,071 Lunches Two-Course Meals (About 37 Children). A Total Of 5,146 Two-Course Lunches In Pre-School Classes (About 62 Children). Primary Schools - (One Hot Meal With Bread) - Primary School In Bierutów 3,735 Meals (About 45 Children), Primary School In Sprzedażowa 664 Meals (About 8 Children), Primary School In Wabienice 2,490 Meals (About 30 Children). Total In Primary Schools 6,889 Meals. The Above Data May Change Depending On The Period And Attendance Of Children In Schools And Changes Made By Parents During The School Year Regarding The Hours Of The Childs Stay At School. The School As A Holiday Institution Is Closed During Holidays - Classes Do Not Take Place In The Periods Mentioned Above. Conditions Regarding The Quality And Number Of Prepared Meals: Lunch: - Soup: Weight Not Less Than 250 Ml And Calorific Value Not Less Than 200 Kcal, - Second Course Weight: Not Less Than 500 Grams And Calorific Value Not Less Than 700 Kcal, Fruit Compote: Weight Not Less Than 150 Ml Per Child, Menu Should Be Varied; The Type Of Dish Cannot Be Repeated In The Same Week, - A Lunch With A Second Meat Or Fish Course With Salad Should Be Delivered At Least 4 Times A Week; / At Least Twice A Week A Meat Meal / Salad With Each Meal / Each Meal Should Contain Products That Are A Source Of Animal Protein (Pork And Beef, Poultry, Fish Or Dairy Products) Supplemented With Products That Are A Source Of Vegetable Protein (Vegetables, Salads, Salads, Fruit) And Potatoes (Interchangeably Groats, Rice, Pasta, Dumplings, Potato Dumplings, Noodles, Etc. .) - Dishes Should Be Easily Digestible, Prepared From High-Quality Raw Materials, Fresh, Natural, Unprocessed, With A Limited Amount Of Additional Substances - Preservatives, Thickeners, Coloring Or Artificially Flavored, - The Menu Should Include Boiled, Baked And Stewed Dishes, Occasionally Fried, - For The Preparation Of Meals, It Is Recommended To: Use Vegetable Fats, A Large Amount Of Vegetables And Fruits, Including Legumes, Various Types Of Groats, Moderate Use Of Eggs, Sugar And Salt, - Soups Should Be Made On Vegetable And Meat Stock, - Meals Should Not Be May Be Prepared From Semi-Finished Products; The Number Of Meals Provided Will Depend On The Attendance Of Children In Kindergartens And Schools, Therefore The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Increase Or Decrease The Number Of Meals Provided During The Service. In The Event Of A Reduction In The Number Of Children Fed, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right Not To Use The Total Value Of The Order Specified In § 3 Section 1 And 2 Of The Contract Up To The Full Amount, Orders A Smaller Number Of Meals, And The Contractor Will Not Pursue Any Claims In This Respect. Kindergarten Branches Can Also Be Opened During Holiday Breaks - Classes Are Held In The Above-Mentioned Periods In Collective Groups (Attendance Of Children Depending On The Needs Of Parents). A Person Appointed By The Director Of Each Educational Institution Will Provide Information On The Expected Number Of Meals By Phone The Day Before The Delivery Date Until 14.00. Meals Will Be Distributed By The Employers Employees. Maintaining The Proper Temperature Of The Delivered Meals: - Soups - Temperature 75 °C (+/-3°C) - 2Nd Course - Temperature 65°C (+/-3°C). As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To: A) Provide Services Catering Services Only Using Products That Meet The Quality Standards Of Food Products, Compliance With Legal Regulations Regarding The Storage And Preparation Of Food Products (Including The Act Of August 25, 2006 On Food And Nutrition Safety (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1448 As Amended), B) To Comply With The Standards For Nutrients And Food Products Specified By The Institute Of Nutrition And Foodc) To Provide Services In Accordance With Haccp Standards And Recommendations Of Sanepid-U.D) When Planning Meals, The Recommended Energy Value Should Be Taken Into Account And The Standards Of Products Of Each Group Should Be Taken Into Account The Contractor Is Obliged To Maintain Food Diets Depending On The Individual Needs Of Children, In Accordance With The Information Received From The Employer (E.G. Meals With Recommendations Of A Dairy-Free, Gluten-Free, Diabetic Diet, Taking Into Account The Individual Needs Of Allergy Sufferers). The Contractor Shall Issue Invoices/Bills For Each Month, In Accordance With The Number Of Meals Actually Delivered, Based On The Attachment Submitted For Approval By The Ordering Party, Specifying The Number Of Children For Whom Meals Were Ordered And Delivered On Each Day.5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver Meals From Monday To Friday According To The Schedule: (Modification Of Delivery Hours Is Allowed - After Consultation With The Directors Of Educational Institutions Or An Employee Appointed By The Director): 1) Two-Course Dinner 11:30 In Kindergarten Wards. 2) One Hot Meal With Bread Until 11:30 To Primary Schools.6. In Special Situations, It Is Possible For The Ordering Party To Change The Hours Of Delivering Meals One Day In Advance.7. In Special Situations (E.G. Organized Childrens Trips), The Ordering Party Has The Right To Notify The Contractor A Week In Advance Of A Different Method Of Preparing Meals (Packed Lunches) And The Contractor Is Obliged To Implement Them After Agreeing With The Ordering Party On The Date And Method Of Making The Required Deliveries. The Ordering Party Also Has The Option Of Withdrawing Children From Boarding On That Day. Meals Must Be Delivered In The Number Determined After Signing The Contract To Three Locations: - To The Headquarters Of The Primary School In Bierutów, Ul. Krasińskiego 3, - To The Seat Of The Primary School In Sprzedażowa, Sprzedażowa 59A, - To The Seat Of The Primary School In Wabienice, Wabienice 98, Meals Should Be Delivered In Thermos Flasks And Containers For Which The Contractor Has Appropriate Attestations And Certificates. 8. The Ordering Party Shall, On Its Own, Provide And Organize Meals For Children Attending Educational Institutions In The Dishes Of The Ordering Party. The Contractor Is Responsible For Collecting The Containers On A Daily Basis. The Contractor Shall Ensure Washing And Disinfection Of Thermos Flasks And Packaging In Its Own Rooms, In Which Meals Will Be Delivered, In Accordance With Sanitary And Microbiological Rules And Regulations And Haccp Standards. 9. The Contractor Is Ready To Perform The Subject Of The Contract In The Event Of Disruption Of The Technological Process (For Independent Reasons, Lack Of Electricity, Lack Of Water, Etc.) Of The Meals Produced. The Contractor Is Obliged To Present An Alternative Proposal For The Meals Provided, E.G. A Packed Lunch.10. Meals Must Be Prepared By Persons Holding A Medical Certificate From Examinations Carried Out For Sanitary And Epidemiological Purposes In A Plant That Meets The Hygienic And Sanitary Requirements For Plants Producing Or Marketing Meals And Foodstuffs.11. The Contractor Is Obliged To Collect And Store Food Samples In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Health Of 17 April 2007 On The Collection And Storage Of Food Samples By Closed-Type Mass Caterers For Sanitary And Epidemiological Purposes In Accordance With Applicable Regulations.
