Requirements: Without Limiting Anything Else In The Contract, The Supplier Must Ensure That All Personnel Engaged In Providing The Services:•Have No Entries Identified By A National Police Check (Aged Care/ Vulnerable Persons Sector/Unsupervised Access)•Hold Current Disability Workers Screening (Yellow Card) •Are Fully Vaccinated Against Covid-19 In Accordance With Public Health Directions Issued By The Queensland Government Department Of Health For Health Services Employees•Wear The Following Personal Protective Equipment While Performing The Services, Especially When Performing Services Outdoors:Olong-Sleeved Shirt; Olong Pants; Osafety Boots; Ogloves As Appropriate To Protect Hands (E.G. When Gardening); Osafety Glasses And Ear Plugs When Using Power Tools (And Gloves As Appropriate To Reduce Vibration);Ohat, Sunglasses And Sunscreen For Work Performed Outdoors.The Supplier Must Have All Equipment Necessary To Provide The Services, Including A Trailer For Transporting Mowers And Garden Waste. The Supplier Must Ensure Such Equipment Is Suitable For The Provision Of The Services And Maintained In Good Working Order.
