The Subject Of The Contract Is The Construction Of An External Central Heating, Water Supply And Hot Water Installation. With External And Internal Gas Installation And Reconstruction Of Rooms Into Gas Boiler Rooms In Dormitory, School And Office Buildings In Dowspuda. Description Of The Existing Heat Sources Supplying The Buildings Under Development With Heat: In The Boiler Room There Are Four Heitzmann Primas Hs 110-P Lambda Control Boilers And An Oil Boiler. Biomass Boilers Will Remain As A Reserve Along With Chimneys And Foundations. Gas Boilers For Natural Gas Will Be Installed In The Boiler Room Next To The Existing Boilers. Heat Sources - The Following Devices Will Be Located: 1. Designed Gas Boiler House For The Needs Of The School Building In Rooms Adapted To The Needs Of The Boiler House With A Capacity Of 2X120kw Gas Condensing Boilers For The Needs Of Heating And Preparation Of Hot Water. + Water Heater 300L2. Designed Gas Boiler House For The Needs Of The School Dormitory Building In The Premises Of The Existing Biomass Boiler Room With A Capacity Of 2X120kw Gas Condensing Boilers For Heating And Hot Water Preparation + Existing Water Heater 500 L (Used From The Existing Biomass Boiler Room) 4. In The Existing Oil Boiler Room, Which Remains As A Reserve Source, An Additional Semi-Permanent Fire Extinguishing Device For The Fuel Depot Should Be Installed. Gas Installation In Boiler Rooms. It Is Planned To Supply Gas To Gas Condensing Boilers: • Power 2X Q=20-120 Kw In The Dormitory Boiler Room - Boiler Room No. 1 • Power 2X Q=20-80 Kw In The Room In The Office Building - Boiler Room No. 2 • Power 2X Q=20 -120 Kw In The School Room - Boiler Room No. 3Location Of The Boiler Room. • The Designed Boiler Room For The Dormitory Is Located In The Place Of The Existing Biomass Boiler Room, Which Will Be Reduced By Separating The Room. • The Designed Boiler Room For The Needs Of The Guardhouse Is Located In The Place Of The Current Office Space Adapted For The Needs Of The Boiler Room. • The Planned Boiler Room For The School Is Located In The Place Of The Existing Boiler Room. Boiler Rooms Will Be Located In Rooms Specially Separated And Intended Only For Installed Boilers. These Rooms Will Be Adjacent To The External Walls Of The Building And Will Be Located On The First Above-Ground Storeys. Classification Of Buildings (Boiler Rooms) - Separation Of The Boiler Room As Separate Fire Zones. In Order To Avoid Considering The Requirements For The Remaining Parts Of The Buildings And Avoid Adapting Them To The Applicable Technical And Construction Regulations, Gas Boiler Rooms Will Be Separated As Separate Fire Zones Classified As Pm Zones With A Fire Load Density Of Up To 500 Mj/M2. These Zones Will Be Separated From The Rest Of The Buildings By Fire Separation Walls And Ceilings With A Fire Resistance Class Of At Least Rei 60 (For Dormitory Boiler Rooms With Walls In Rei 120 Class), And Closed With Doors In Fire Resistance Class Of At Least Ei 30 (For Dormitory Boiler Rooms In Class Ei 30) 60). The Dormitorys Boiler Room Is Located Outside Its Building And Is Covered With A Flat Roof With A Fire Resistance Class Of At Least Re 30. Installation Passages In The Walls And Ceiling Of The Fire Separation Will Be Protected In The Fire Resistance Class Of At Least Ei Of These Elements. The External Walls Of The Dormitory Boiler Room At The Connection Point At Right Angles With The External Walls Of The Dormitory Building, At A Length Of At Least 4.0 M From The Connection Of The Walls, Will Meet The Requirements For Fire Separation Walls, I.E.
