The Subject Of The Order Includes Delivery To The Seat Of The Ordering Party: Gdańsk University Of Technology, Faculty Of Electronics, Telecommunications And It, Ul. Narutowicza 11/12, 80-233 Gdańsk, Building No. 41 - Logistics And Inventory Section, Room 116.3. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Brand New, Without Previous Operation, Technically Efficient, Free From Legal And Physical Defects.4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Appendix No. 5 To The Swz Description Of The Subject Of The Order.5. Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Will Take Place On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Swz And In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Constituting Appendix No. 4 To The Swz.6. The Contracting Authority Requires The Contractor To Provide A Guarantee For The Offered Subject Of The Contract For At Least 36 Months
