The Subject Of The Contract Is Construction Works In A Four-Storey Hotel Building, Consisting In The Construction Of An Elevator Extension To The Hotel Building Along With Its Reconstruction, And Electrical Work On The External Elevator, And Will Include, Among Others: 1.1. Earthworks - Dismantling A Fragment Of The Concrete Cube Band, Manual Cavernous Excavation, Excavation Protection, Backfilling With Soil From The Excavation After The Completion Of The Works And Removal Of Excess Soil, Leveling The Soil And Restoring The Concrete Cube Band; 1.2. Reinforced Concrete Structures - Execution Of The Foundation Slab And Walls Of The Elevator Shaft In The Underground Part, Execution Of Reinforced Concrete Rims Of The Shaft, Execution Of Reinforced Concrete Floor Slab; 1.3. Masonry Works - Building The Walls Of The Shaft With Concrete Blocks On A Thin-Layer Mortar, Embedding Prefabricated L19 Lintels, Bricking Up Window And Door Openings, Embedding Internal Fire Doors Ei 30, Insulations - Thermal Insulation And Anti-Moisture Insulation Of The Foundation Walls And External Walls Of The Shaft; 1.4. Scaffolding - External Tubular And Internal Frame;1.5. Demolition Works - Forging Pvc Windows And Window Sills In External Walls, Forging Doors, Partition Walls, Removing, Transporting And Utilizing Debris; 1.6. Plastering Works - Execution Of External Thin-Layer Plasters Included In The Thermal Insulation System, Internal Cement-Lime Plasters Of Ceilings, Walls, Door Reveals And Gypsum Finishing Coats;1.7. Floors - Tearing Off The Existing Floor Coverings, Leveling The Substrates, Laying Gres Tiles, Pedestals On The Adhesive Mortar And Pointing; 1.8. Painting Works - Painting The Lift Shaft From The Outside And Inside, Painting Ceilings And Walls Inside The Rooms Indicated In The Design; 1.9. Installing A Passenger Lift - All The Required Activities Related To The Delivery, Assembly, Technical Acceptance Of The Passenger Lift And Commissioning; 1.10. Modernization Of Existing Internal Electrical Installations - Execution Of New Electrical Installations;2. Specification And Description Of Accompanying Works And Temporary Works: The Contractor Shall Place Information On The Execution Of Construction Works On The Entrance Door To The Building From The Side Of The Yard, Specifying The Name Of The Company, The Date Of Commencement And Completion Of The Works. All Accompanying And Temporary Works Shall Be Performed By The Contractor At His Own Cost And Responsibility.2.
