Prequalifications Are Invited For Provision Of Technical Assistance Services For Sulphur Solidification Plant And Loading Facilities At Mellitah Complex Mellitah Oil & Gas B.V. Intends To Award A Services Contract For The Provision Of Technical Assistance Services For Sulphur Solidification Plant And Loading Facilities Located At Mellitah Complex, In Libyan Coastal About 85 Km West Of Tripoli City, The Contractor Shall Have An Experience And Proper Operative Careers For Providing A Qualified Service. Process Description Of The Plant: The Plant Receives Feed (Liquid Sulphur At 140°C) From Storage Tanks To Sulphur Solidification Pit Thru Pumps. And By Using Immersion Transfer Pumps Into Sulphur Pastillation Units (Rotoformers), Passing Thru A Cooler To Cool Down Sulphur At 120°C First. And Solidified In Small Pastillation Parts By Cooling Water Spray From Immersion Pumps. The Sulphur Solid Moves Through The Steel Belt In Auxiliary Scrapper And To Main Scrapper To Be Transferred To Sulphur Warehouse Simultaneously. The Sulphur Pastillation Xxooi-A-B-C-D-E-F Machines Work Together In Parallel Or A Single Machine At A Time. Depending On Sulphur Warehouse Capacity And Shipping Requirement. Normally, 5 Machines Are In Service With Solid Sulphur Production (384 M. Ts/Day Of Solid Sulphur). Scope Of Work The Required Scope, Which Shall Be Performed By Contractor, Includes The Following: Provision Of Six (6) Competent Technicians To Operate Sulphur Solidification Plant And Loading System In Addition To Maintenance Assistance. The Work Routine Is To Cover Twenty-Four (24) Hours A Day And Seven (7) Days A Week. (3) Operators In Day Shift (12 Hours Per Shift) And (3) Operators In Night Shift (12 Hours Per Shift). Provision Of One (1) Team Leader For Maintenance And Operation Activities And Reporting To Company To Ensure Smooth Interfacing. Duties And Responsibilities Of The Contractor O Proper Operating And Monitoring Of Six (6) Rotoforms And Loading System, And Complying With The Supplier (Sandvik) Operations Instruction And Hse Rules. O Ensure Productivity Within Specification. O Supervise The Planned And Breakdown Maintenance For The Plant And Review Spare Parts Availability And Recommend Any Spare Parts Required To Maintain Smooth Operations.
