Interested Management Relating To The Operation Of The Metropolitan Sports Inclusive Reference Center (Le Prisme) - Public Service Concession Agreement. The Purpose Of This Consultation Is To Conclude A Public Service Concession, In The Form Of An Interested Management, To Entrust An Economic Operator With The Operation Of The Inclusive And Sports Metropolitan Reference Center (Prisme) Of The Departmental Council Of The Seinesaintdenis, In Compliance With The Principles Of Equality, Neutrality And Continuity. The Concessionaires Missions Are Precisely Described In The Contract. The Latter Passed Under An Open Procedure. It Takes Effect From The Date Of Its Notification After Completion Of The Formalities Of Transmission To The Prefectural Authority. For Information, The Provisional Date Of Notification Is Scheduled For March 1, 2024. The Normal Term Of The Contract Is Fixed At August 2029. The Duration Has Been Established In Accordance With The Provisions Of Articles L. 31147, R. 31141 And R.31142 Of The Public Procurement Code
