Framework Supply Agreement Through Leasing Of Computer Equipment And Supply Through Acquisition Of Program Licenses And Access To Contents And Web Platforms (2 Lots).. The Object Of This Framework Agreement Is The Establishment Of All Aspects Related To The Supply Through The Rental Of Computer Equipment And The Supply Through The Acquisition Of Program Licenses And Access To Content And Web Platforms To Cover The Needs Of The Madrid Employment Agency (Through From Now On Aem). Through The Framework Agreement, A Series Of Computer Equipment (Computers, Monitors And Printers) Will Be Leased And Supplied To The Different Centers And Spaces Managed By The Aem And Licenses For Various Computer Programs Will Be Acquired, As Well As Access To Content And Web Platforms To Enable The Development Of The Different Plans, Projects And Programs Of The Institution. Through The Framework Agreement, The Requirements And Conditions To Which The Based Contracts Must Be Subject In Order To Carry Out The Objectives Established For The Aem In Its Statutes Are Established. Each Based Contract Will Have The Purpose Of Supplying As A Lease A Number Of Computer Equipment Devices During A Given Period And Based On Some Technical Characteristics Of The Goods To Be Supplied (Lot 1) Or The Licensing For One Year Of Certain Programs And Computer Software Or Access To Web Content That Require An Annual Payment (Lot 2).
