The Purchase Is In The Form Of A Single Contract For The Provision Of Exploitation Services (Operation And Supply), Technical Maintenance/Maintenance With Full Guarantee, Support And Technical Management And Administration Of Water And Sewer Systems, As Well As Accidental Repairs For All Equipment And Water And Sewer Installations Of Aihcb, According To The Specifications. Number Of Days Until Which Clarifications Can Be Requested Before The Deadline For Submitting Offers 15. The Contracting Entity Shall Respond Clearly And Fully To All Requests For Clarification/Additional Information By Submitting A Consolidated Response As Follows: On The 11Th Calendar Day Before The Deadline For Submitting Offers. The Contracting Entity Will Respond To The Requests For Clarifications In A Consolidated Manner, At The Mentioned Deadline, Under The Conditions That The Requests For Clarifications Are Requested Within The Deadline Specified In The Procedure. If The Requests For Clarifications Are Not Submitted Within The Deadline, The Contracting Entity Will Respond To The Extent That The Period Of Time Required For The Elaboration And Transmission Of The Response Makes It Possible For All Economic Operators To Receive It Before The Deadline For The Submission Of Offers.
