Increasing Operational Skills For The Sustainable Development Of Milk Production In Kazakhstan Phase 2_Kaz 23-02_Short Promotion Of Milk Skills. The Services To Be Awarded Include The Continuation Of The Current Project Increase In Operational Expertise For The Sustainable Development Of Milk Production In Kazakhstan In A Second Project Phase. The Central Task Is Training And Further Education On Topics Related To Milk Production For Employees Of Milk-Producing Companies Of Various Sizes, Including Family Businesses, And Of Institutions In The Sector. For The Duration Of The Project, Pilot Farms Are To Be Supported In Their Development And Regularly Advised. At The New Project Location Near Almaty, The Construction Of A Competence Center For Milk Production For Practical Training, Demonstrations And Trials Is To Be Pushed Forward. Starting From This Center, The Development Of An Advisory System And Its Political And Financial Establishment Should Be Supported. The Services To Be Provided Include The Deployment Of Long-Term And Short-Term Specialists On Site, The Deployment Of National Experts And Project Staff And The Implementation Of Specialist Information Trips To Germany. The Associated Project Management Also Includes The Processing Of Services For The Equipment And Development Of The Competence Center.
