The Scope Of Works Includes Roof Repair Work, Translucent Roofing Replacement And Some Roofing Removal And Installation. The Following Blocks Affected Are: Block A Administration Block B - Hall/Music - Huia Centre Block H -Gymnasium Block L - L Block Block N - N Block The Majority Of The Repair And Maintenance Work Is Like For Like Replacement With The Exception Of The Gym (Block H). The High Level Glazing Along The Top Of The Roof Has Been Redesigned To Address Water Ingress Issues And This Section Of Work Will Require Building Consent.
