Tenders Are Invited For 3D Seismic Acquisition For Offshore Field The Participant Should Have The Required Technical And Financial Resources And Submit To Moo Their Completed Pre-Qualification Documents In Accordance With The Provisions Included In This Announcement And Detailed In The Pre-Qualification Questionnaire For Evaluation The Foreign Participant Not Having A Branch In Libya At The Time Of Pre-Qualifications, Are Allowed To Participate But Must Provide A Commitment To Finalize Their Registration With The Libyan Ministry Of Economy By Signing Annex 1 Of The Pre- Qualifications Questionnaire Only The Prequalified Participants Will Receive Invitation To Tender In Due Course.
