The Subject Of The Contract Is: Delivery (Extension) Of The Endobase In The Endoscopic Laboratory With Updates (2 Stations) And Delivery Of Additional Stations For The Otolaryngology Department (2 Stations) Warranty Conditions Warranty For A Minimum Period Of 24 Months Service Response, Taking Action Following A Telephone Notification Within No More Than 72 Hours On Working Days From The Moment Of Reporting The Failure, And If It Is Necessary To Repair The Equipment At The Services Headquarters, For The Duration Of The Repair Over 5 Working Days, It Will Guarantee A Replacement Device Within 72 Hours. On Working Days. The Period Of Guaranteeing The Availability Of Spare Parts And The Availability Of Service From The Date Of Delivery In Years (Min. 8 Years) Training Of Medical And Nursing Staff In The Use Of The Device, Additionally Confirmed By A Certificate (Approx. 15 People) Instruction Manual In Polish (Delivery With Camera)
