The Subject Of The Contract Is Air Transport With The Necessary Ground And Logistics Support For The Air Operation, Approx. 79.25 M3 Of Timber In The Form Of Scantlings (43.1 M3) And Boards (36.15 M3) To Deliver Material Necessary For The Renovation Of Footbridges On Tourist Trails In The Karkonosze National Park: Blue Coral Path And Green Szcie ka Pod Reglami In Accordance With The Attached Site Map. Formal Conditions For The Service: 1) The Service Provider Has A Permit For High-Risk Specialist Operations In Accordance With Commission Regulation (Eu) No. 965/2012 Which Includes Heslo Operations. The Permission For Heslo Operations Must Cover Helicopters (Hallmarks) That Will Be Used To Perform The Subject Of The Contract. 2) If The Service Provider Is An Operator From Another Member State Of The European Union Who Has Notified The Performance Of Commercial Specialist Operations Or Has A Permit To Perform High-Risk Cross-Border Commercial Specialized Operations, He Is Obliged To Notify The President Of The Civil Aviation Authority Of His Intention To Perform A Given Operation On The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland Before Its Commencement (Article 163E Of The Aviation Law). The Operator Shall Present Such Notification Before Signing The Contract. 3) The Contractor Shall Submit A Document Confirming The Fulfillment Of The Condition From Point 1 Or 2 In The Form Of A Copy Of A Valid Permit Issued By The President Of The Civil Aviation Authority. 4) The Contractor Has Aviation Insurance Covering The Performance Of All Air Operations Related To The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract. 5) The Contractor Will Apply To The Employer For Permission To Perform An Air Operation In The Epr13 Zone.
