Ii.1.5) Short Description Of The Contract Or Purchase(S): The Object Of The Acquisition Is The Supply Of Equipment And Computer Applications For The Identification And Blocking Of Threats From The Wireless Spectrum (Ied), As They Are Presented In The Descriptive Documentation Of The Acquisition, In Order To Realize The Investment Development Of Security Systems For The Protection Of The Government Spectrum, Financed Through The National Plan Of Recovery And Resilience (Pnrr). The Purchase Will Materialize By Concluding A Supply Contract With A Single Economic Operator. The Details Of The Equipment And Computer Applications For The Identification And Blocking Of Threats From The Wireless Spectrum (Ied) Are Presented In The Descriptive Documentation. The Number Of Days Until Which Clarifications Can Be Requested Before The Application Deadline (Stage 1): 15 Days From The Publication Of The Participation Notice. The Contracting Authority Will Respond Clearly And Fully To All Requests For Clarification/Additional Information On The 9Th Day Before The Deadline Set For Submitting The Application (Stage 1). The Number Of Days Until Which Clarifications Can Be Requested Before The Deadline For Submitting Offers (Stage 2): 15 Days From The Receipt Of The Invitation To Submit Offers, Respectively Access To The Award Documentation. The Contracting Authority Will Respond Clearly And Fully To All Requests For Clarification/Additional Information On The 9Th Day Before The Deadline Set For The Submission Of Tenders (Stage 2). The Deadline For Responding To The Clarifications Was Established So That The Economic Operators Have An Adequate Period To Analyze The Award Documentation And, Subsequently, To Prepare The Offers Through The Prism Of The Answers Provided By The Contracting Authority. Note: Clarifications Submitted After This Period Of 15 Days Prior To The Deadline Will Be Taken Into Account Only To The Extent That The Contracting Authority Considers That The Formulation Of The Response To These Requests Is In The Interest Of The Smooth Running Of The Award Procedure.
