Assignment In Concession, With A Multi-Year Duration, Of The Operations For Exploitation Of Mineral, Thermal And Spring Waters For The Springs Located In The Abruzzo Region. The Object Of The Procedure Is The Granting Of Concessions For The Exploitation Of Mineral Waters Called St. Antoniosponga And Fiuggino , By Capturing The Springs Located In The Municipality Of Canistro (Aq) And The Thermal Waters Called La Salute, Santa Croce Pisciarello By Collection Of The Springs Located In The Municipality Of Caramanico Terme (Pe). To The Economic Operator Assigned The Concession The Right To Cultivate Will Be Conferred, According To The Provisions Of The L.R. No. 15 2002 And Subsequent Amendments, The Waters Extracted Minerals And Thermal Springs, As Well As To Use Them For All The Uses Envisaged By The Law, Except For The Burden Of Acquiring All The Opinions, Deeds, Authorizations, As Well As Specific Authorizations On Health, Environmental, Soil Protection Ed Urban Planning, Required For The Legitimate Exercise Of Usage Activities.
