Technical Assistance For The 11Th Edf Intra-Acp Support Programme For Acp Small Island Developing States And Coastal Countries Acp/Fed/2018/041-205. The Contract Will Involve The Setting Up Of A Technical Assistance (Ta) Facility To Provide Highlevel Technical Support And Policy Advice To The Secretariat Of The Oacps, For The Implementation Of The 11Th Edf Support Programme For The Oacps Small Islands Developing States (Sids) And Coastal Countries. The Ta Will Support The Secretariat Of The Oacps In Fulfilling Its Overall Coordination, Monitoring, Reporting, Knowledge Management, Knowledge Creation, Visibility, And Communication Functions, As Well As Promoting The Intraregional Nature Of The Programme Through Facilitating Southsouth And Triangular Cooperation, And Supporting Capacity Building Activities To Facilitate Access To Financial Resources For Sids And Coastal Countries.
