The Subject Of The Procurement Is The Self-Initiated Reconnaissance Flights Described In Chapter 2.1 Flight Tasks And Costs Of The Mets palo Aerial Surveillance Instructions In Appendix 2 Of The Request For Tenders, Separately Requested Smoke Detection Inspection Flights And Other Flights. The Flight Operational Requirements For Forest Fire Observation Flights Are Stipulated In The Aviation Act (864/2014) And The Regulations Of The Finnish Transport And Communications Agency Traficom, E.G. Aviation Order Ops M134. Forest Fire Surveillance Is A Statutory Task Of The Northern Finland Regional Administrative Agency, Which Is Produced By The Service Provider On Behalf Of The Northern Finland Regional Administrative Agency. The Tenderer Undertakes To Perform Surveillance Flights While The Wildfire Warning Is In Effect. See On The Maintenance Of Readiness, Chapter 2.2 Of The Instructions For Aerial Surveillance Of Forest Fires In Appendix 2 Of The Request For Tenders, And Appendix 7 Of The Instructions For Aerial Surveillance Of Forest Fires Readiness. In Addition, The Procurement Includes Other Rescue Operations Flights That The Customer Separately Needs, Which Can Be, For Example, Mapping Or Research Flights Or Transport Flights For Material And Personnel.
