Ii.1.5) Short Description Of The Contract Or Purchase(S): The Order Includes The Factory Repair Of Various Axes Of The Tpz Fuchs System. Each Supply Number Results In Its Own Compartment Lot. The Contractor Must Take Into Account During The Execution Of The Order That The Information On The Respective Compartment Lots Are Only Estimated Requirements Derived From Past Values And Any Additional Requirements That May Arise (Safety Surcharge) Included. The Actual Orders Placed During The Term Of The Contract May Deviate With Regard To The Required Quantities Of The Respective Supply Numbers Contained In A Compartment Lot. This Can Be The Case If The Need For Estimates Derived From Past Values Does Not Occur, E.G. Due To Structural Changes In The Bundeswehr Or A Lower Incidence Of Damage. In Any Case, The Upper Limit For The Respective Order Is The Total Quantity Combined In The Relevant Subject Lot. This Contract Does Not Justify The Placing Of Individual Orders. The Contract Period Begins When The Contract Is Awarded And Ends On December 31, 2025, Optionally On December 31, 2026. If The Existing Contract Between Hil Gmbh And The Bundeswehr Ends, Regardless Of The Legal Reason, The Framework Agreement Can Be Terminated By Means Of A Special Right Of Termination.
