Granting It By The Software Manufacturer) For The Commvault Backup & Recovery Software Or Equivalent (Hereinafter Also The Software) Along With Annual Support From Commvault, Hereinafter Referred To As The Producer. In The Case Of Delivery Of Equivalent Software, Granting Or Ensuring The Granting Of A License (I.E. Granting It By The Software Manufacturer) In Accordance With The Needs Of The Ordering Party Specified In The Contract And The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. 2) Ensuring The Extension Of The Manufacturers Support For The Possession Of Commvault Backup & Recovery Licenses. 2. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Sopz), Which Is Attached As Appendix 1 To The Contract.
