We Are Seeking To Establish A Panel Of Prequalified Deconstruction Contractors For Auckland Council Including Council Controlled Organisations (Ccos) To Simplify And Speed Up The Engagement Of Contractors For The Project Delivery Of Deconstruction Services. The Deconstruction Panel Will Consist Of 3 Sub-Categories As Below: 1. Complex Deconstruction Project (E.G. Complex / Multi Disciplines Deconstruction Activities Involved) 2. Strip / Vertical Deconstruction (E.G. Repurpose Of Non-Structural Building Element Or Soft Strip Including The Removal Of Fixtures, Fittings And Furniture Etc) 3. Civil / Horizontal Deconstruction (E.G.
