The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of 1 Piece Of A Brand New, Defect-Free And Damage-Free Farm Tractor And The Delivery Of New, Defect-Free And Damage-Free Equipment, I.E. A Snow Plow, A Sand And Salt Spreader, Roadside Mower, To The Seat Of The Employer, I.E., Ul. Kili skiego 17, 59-920 Bogatynia, Together With All Costs To Be Incurred By The Contractor For The Proper Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, And In Particular Will Include The Costs Of: Delivery Costs, Customs Duties, Excise Duty, Insurance Before Collection, Training Of The Employers Representatives In The Field Of Service And Operation Of The Subject Of The Order At The Seat Of The Ordering Party And Delivery Of A Complete Set Of Required Documentation.
