With Equipment, • Installation Of A Heat Exchanger (In Place Of A Hydraulic Coupling), • Installation Of A Circulation Pump Central Heating (1 Item), • Disassembly Of The Mag Valve, • Modernization Of The Gas System In Order To Install The Mag Valve, • Installation Of The Mag Valve (Valve From Disassembly), • Removal Of The Concrete Plinth, • Execution Of The Concrete Plinth For The Utility Water Tank, • Completion Of The Lining Wall With Ceramic Tiles, • Drainage Of Rainwater From The External Staircase, • Plastering And Painting Works.2. Place And Manner Of Execution Of Construction Works: A) Place Of Execution Of Construction Works: Administrative Building Of The Poviat Starosty In Nowy Sącz At Ul. Jagiellońska 33, Nowy Sącz Poviat, Lesser Poland Voivodeship (Registration Plot No. 17, Rev. 76, Nowy Sącz). The Building In Which The Construction Works Will Be Carried Out Is An Active Structure, Used In Accordance With Its Intended Use. B) Method Of Carrying Out Construction Works: • The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out The Works In A Manner Ensuring Uninterrupted Use Of The Structure And Maintaining The Safety Of People In And Around The Facility; • The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure Free And Safe Access To The Building And To The Area Around The Building (Sidewalks, Parking Lot, Etc.) Not Directly Covered By The Investment Process; • The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform Construction Works In A Way That Allows Employees Of The Poviat Office To Deal With Business Matters On An Ongoing Basis; • Contractor Is Obliged To Mark The Place Of Work And Protect It Against Unauthorized Access; • The Contractor Is Obliged To Protect The Rooms Adjacent To The Place Of Work Against Dust And Dirt; • The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure Ongoing Cleanliness In The Immediate Vicinity Of The Work; • The Contractor Is Obliged Is To Remove Rubble And Redundant Materials On An Ongoing Basis; • The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure In The Building Where Construction Works Will Be Carried Out Permanent Access To Electricity And Running Water During Its Office Hours; • The Contracting Authority Does Not Allow The Telecommunications Network To Be Turned Off During Official Hours Without The Knowledge And Consent Of The Ordering Party; • Particularly Strenuous Works Should Be Performed After The Working Hours Of The Office, Ie After 4.00 P.M.
