1. The Order Covers The Preparation And Delivery Of Meals For School And Kindergarten Students From The Kościan Commune In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Act Of August 25, 2006 On Food Safety And Nutrition (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 2132, As Amended .), The Act Of March 14, 1985 On The State Sanitary Inspection (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 338, As Amended), Regulation Of The Minister Of Health Of April 17, 2007. On The Collection And Storage Of Food Samples By Closed-Type Mass Caterers (Journal Of Laws Of 2007 No. 80, Item 545, As Amended), Regulation Of The Minister Of Health Of 26 July 2016 On Groups Of Foodstuffs Intended For Sale To Children And Young People In Units Of The Education System And The Requirements That Must Be Met By Foodstuffs Used As Part Of Mass Catering For Children And Youth In These Units (Journal Of Laws Of 2016, Item 1154) And This Swz. A. Scope Of The Order: 1. The Subject Of The Order Are Food Services Consisting In The Preparation And Delivery Of Hot Lunch, One-Course Meals For Children And Youth In Thermos Flasks Ensuring The Proper Temperature When Consumed - Soup +75ºc, Other Dishes +63ºc, Cold Dishes +4ºc, To Individual Educational Institutions, In The Kościan Commune. In These Facilities, The Directors Will Indicate The Person Responsible For Collecting Meals From The Contractor And Serving Them, They Will Provide Dishes And Cutlery Necessary To Eat The Meal. In Generally Applicable Law. 2. It Is Planned To Deliver Approximately 360 Lunches A Day (On School Days) And 40 Lunches A Day, From Monday To Friday (Excluding Holidays), During Summer And Winter Holidays. Attention! The Number Of Meals Is An Estimate And May Change During The Term Of The Contract. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce The Size Of The Order By No More Than 40% Of The Order. The Contractor Shall Be Entitled To Remuneration Only For Meals Actually Delivered. B. Type Of Meals: A) Three Times A Week - Meat Dinner (Meat Dish Must Be Available In At Least Four Types Not Repeated Within Two Weeks, Bigos Is Not Included In Meat Dishes) Or Fish. Fish Must Be Included In The Menu At Least Twice A Month. The Meat Cannot Be Fatty And Overgrown. If Meat Or Fish Requires Coating, It Must Be Coated By The Contractor Immediately Before Consumption (It Is Unacceptable To Use Ready-Made Products, E.G. Stuffed Cabbage, Fish Fingers). If A Meal Is Served With Sauce, Its Weight Cannot Be Included In The Weight Of The Meat. The Sauce Served With The Rice Should Be Delivered Separately And Not Mixed With The Rice. If Meat Or Fish Is Served In Minced Form (E.G. Minced Cutlet), Then The Content Of Meat Or Fish In The Finished Product Cannot Be Lower Than 80%. B) Once A Week - Dinner With An Egg Or Pancakes With Cheese, Fruit, Stuffing, Potato Pancakes, Dumplings, Cottage Cheese, Dumplings (Egg, Pancakes, Potato Pancakes, Dumplings, Cheese, Etc. It Is Not Allowed To Use Butter And Cheese-Like Products. E) Natural Mineral Water With Low Or Medium Mineral Content, Spring Water Or Table Water In A Plastic Bottle With A Capacity Of 0.5 L Is To Be Served With The Meal. F) The Menu For The Next Month Is To Be Delivered To Schools, Kindergartens, The Commune Social Welfare Center In Kościan And The Commune Of Kościan No Later Than The Last Day Preceding The Month In Which The Service Will Be Provided. Together With The Menu, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Provide Information On Calorific Value And Mineral Components Of Meals, Calculated And Confirmed By The Appropriate Person, Which Is Also A Confirmation Of Compliance With The Standards Set Out In The Regulations. Each Change In The Menu Requires The Approval Of The Ordering Party. Of July 2016 On Groups Of Foodstuffs Intended For Sale To Children And Youth In Units Of The Education System And The Requirements To Be Met By Foodstuffs Used As Part Of Mass Catering For Children And Youth In These Units. The Menu Must Be Based On The Standards Set By The Institute Of Food And Nutrition For Children And Youth, In Particular Meals Must Have The Calorific Value Required By Law, Using The Seasonality Of Products, Using Pork, Beef, Poultry, Offal, And Fish Of A Certain Weight. And Must Be Prepared In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Culinary And Sanitary Art For Mass Catering. Meals Should Be Prepared From High-Quality Raw Materials, Fresh, Natural, With A Limited Amount Of Additional Substances (Preserving, Thickening, Coloring, Artificially Flavored).5. Meal Weight: - Potatoes, Groats, Rice, Pasta 150 G - Meat, Fish, Sausage 100 G - Salad Or Cooked Vegetables 100 G - Pancakes, Potato Pancakes, Dumplings, Pancakes 300 G - Cottage Cheese 150 G - Soup 350 G.- Bread Or Roll (Min. 60 Grams).6. Delivery Of Meals To The Following Educational Institutions, Including The Hours Of Lunch Breaks: - Primary School In Bonikowo, Ul. Park 3 Hours 11:00 - Affiliate School In Turew, Ul. School 21 Hours 11:00 - Primary School In Racota, Ul. School 10 Hours 12:00 And 13:00 - Primary School And Kindergarten In Stare Oborzyska, Ul. School 1 Hour 11:30, 12:30, 13:00 - Primary School In Stary Lubosz, Ul. Kościanska 7 Hours 12:00 - Affiliate School In Kokorzyn, Ul. School 1 Hour 12:30 In Exceptional Situations Related To A Change In The Organization Of The Working Day At School, The Delivery Of Lunches Will Take Place At A Different Time After Prior Agreement With The Contractor And The School Director.7. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Systematically Collect Leftovers After A Meal On A Daily Basis At His Own Expense. The Contractor Is Obliged To Keep The Thermos Flasks In Which He Transports Meals Clean. Empty Thermos Flasks Are Collected And Washed By The Contractor At His Company. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Carry Out Tests To Check Meals, In Terms Of Checking Their Temperature, Weight, Calorific Value, Recommended Nutritional Standards, And The Quality Of The Raw Materials Used. If It Is Found/Suspected That The Meal Does Not Meet The Parameters Set Out In The Applicable Regulations And In This Tor, The Ordering Party Shall Commission The Examination And The Costs Of The Examination Shall Be Charged To The Contractor.8. For The Purposes Of Food Testing By Sanepid, The Contractor Leaves Samples Every Day, Which He Stores At His Own Premises And Will Make Available In The Event Of An Inspection In Accordance With § 3 Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Health Of April 17, 2007. On The Collection And Storage Of Food Samples By Closed Mass Caterers (Journal Of Laws Of 2007 No. 80, Item 545). Euro 4.
