1. The Subject Of The Order Is: Transmission Of Images From Video Surveillance Cameras Installed In The City Of Bia ystok To The Monitoring Center Located At The Municipal Police Headquarters At Ul. Gen. J. Bema 4.2. The Scope Of The Order Includes Image Transmission Through The Contact Points Listed In The Swz, To Which The Cameras Are Connected.3. Conditions For Order Fulfillment: 1) The Signal Should Be Sent Via A Fiber Optic Network, 2) The Image Should Be Encoded With The Mpeg-2 Or Mpeg-4 Or H264 System, Or Sent In An Analog Way, 3) In The Event Of A Change In The Coding Method, Fiber Type, Etc., The Devices Must Be Replaced Providing All System Functions Currently Performed (I.E. Image Transmission, Control, Image Recording),4) A Connection Enabling Image Transfer At A Speed Of 15 Mb/S To One Camera Must Be Provided, 5) The Transmission Band To The Camera Must Ensure Smooth Hd Quality Image And Control Cameras, 6) The Contractor Is Obliged To Maintain In Full Working Order For 24 Hours Devices For Transmitting Data From Cameras On The Section From The Point Of Contact Of The Camera Connection Point To The Monitoring Center Per Day, 7) The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide 7 Days A Week 24/7 Emergency Service For Receiving Reports Of Damage And Immediate Response To Information About Fiber Optics Damage Sent By Telephone Or Fax, Or Other Devices Used For Transmission, For This Purpose The Contractor Will Indicate A Contact Telephone Or Fax Number At Which Defects Can Be Reported 24 Hours A Day 8) Any Damage Reports Will Be Submitted By An Employee Of The Municipal Roads Authority, A Maintenance Technician Of The Video Monitoring System Of The City Of Bia ystok Or By The Monitoring Center At The Municipal Police Headquarters At Ul. Gen. J. Bema,9) Switching And Starting The Transmission Should Be Made Within 14 Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract, And All Costs Related To Connecting And Starting The Transmission Shall Be Borne By The Contractor,10) Proceeding To Remove The Failure Should Take Place Within 1 Hour. From Receipt Of Information About The Damage, And Its Removal Within 6 Hours. Up To 12 Hours The Contractor May Obtain Additional Points For Shortening The Failure Removal Time In Accordance With Section Xix Swz Description Of Criteria And Tender Evaluation Method, 11) After The Completion Of The Contract, The Contractor Will Provide Free Transmission For A Period Of 14 Days, I.E. For The Time Necessary For The Contractor To Connect The Cameras, 12) The Employer Envisages Limiting The Number Of Contact Points, But Not More Than By 5 Points Of Contact. Note: The Point Of Contact Means The Place From Which The Signal From The Cameras Should Be Received And Sent To The Video Monitoring Center.
