Obtaining All Necessary, According To Bulgarian Legislation, Opinions And Permits; Construction Site Preparation; Execution Of Excavation, Dismantling And Transport Works; Delivery Of Materials And Execution Of Construction And Assembly Works, Including All Accompanying And Related Activities, Necessary For The Timely And High-Quality Execution Of The Construction, In Accordance With The Regulatory Requirements, Project Documentation And The Requirements Of The Employer; Organization And Exercise Of Copyright Supervision, According To The Provisions Of The Zut, Including Provision (If Necessary) Of Technical Solutions And Amendments To The Project, Additional Coordination With All Control Bodies, Operating Companies And Institutions, In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Regulatory Framework, Exercise Of Control And Provision Of Assistance In Putting The Site Into Operation; Preparation Of Executive Documentation, According To The Requirements Of Zut, Cadastral Surveying Of The Entire Construction And Provision Of Data To The Relevant Geodesy, Cartography And Cadastre Office According To Art. 54A, Para. 2 Of The Law On Cadastre And Land Registry; Removal Of All Defects, Deficiencies And Remarks Found By The Authors Supervision, The Construction Supervision And The Contracting Authority.
