The Building Is To Be Equipped With Two Elevators (At Each Staircase) And Photovoltaics - In Accordance With The Design Documentation Attached To The Swz. The Contractor Shall Design And Execute A Comprehensive Heating System For The Entire Building As Part Of The Execution Of This Order (Attached To Swz - Pfu). The Source Of Heat And Cold For The Newly Constructed Building Will Be A Glycol-Water Heat Pump With A Minimum Nominal Efficiency Of Energy Generation For Heating Purposes Of At Least Cop = 4.5 For Parameters G0/W35 (Originally The Building Was To Be Connected To The Heating Network). Capillary Mats Placed On The Ceiling And Covered With Light Gypsum Plaster Will Be Used For Heating And Cooling The Buildings Rooms. Capillary Mats Should Have At Least A 15-Year Manufacturers Warranty, Declaration Of Ownership And Ce. As Part Of The Performance Of This Order, The Contractor Will Also Have To Take Into Account (On His Own And At His Own Expense) Any Necessary Changes To The Existing Documentation, E.G. In The Electrical Installation (Bathroom Radiators). The Guarantee Granted By The Contractor For The Completed Res Project Should Cover At Least Five Years Of Failure-Free Operation Of The Res Installation. No. 3/12 Precinct 0002 Wschód Estate In Ząbkowice Śląskie Letnie Estate. Performance Of The Following Works, Works: • Fencing Of The Construction Site And Organization Of Construction Site Facilities, • Mechanical And Manual Excavations With Removal Of Excess Soil And Payment Of Fees At The Landfill, • Execution Of Reinforced Concrete Foundations, • Execution Of Reinforced Concrete Underground Walls, • Execution Of External And Internal Walls Made Of Blocks Lime And Sand, • Construction Of Multi-Rib Ceilings With Prestressed Beams, • Construction Of Balconies From Prefabricated Panels, • Installation Of Stairs From Prefabricated Elements, • Construction Of Anti-Moisture, Anti-Sound And Heat Insulation, • Construction Of A Hip Roof Structure With A Wooden Structure And An Angle Of Inclination Of 41°, Indoor Metal Roof Tiles With Flashings, Gutters And Downpipes Made Of Plastic Or Coated Sheet, • Delivery And Assembly Of Complete Pvc And Aluminum Joinery (Entrance Door With A Handle), • Execution Of Partition Walls, • Execution Of Foundations And Floors, • Execution Of Internal Plasters With Finishing Coats,• Delivery And Assembly Of Complete Internal Door Woodwork (With Handles), • Assembly Of Stair And Balcony Railings, Handrails, • Construction Of An External Facade With Polystyrene Insulation, • Internal And External Painting, • Implementation Of All Necessary Internal Installations, Including : Electrical, Television, Telephone Installations (Complete Installations, Inlets With Sockets And Connectors), • Execution Of Hot Water Installation - Residential Heating Center Located In The Staircase (Water Heated With Photovoltaic Electricity), • Assembly Of Complete White Fittings (Including A Bathtub With Housing), • Purchase And Installation Of Electric Cookers (With An Oven), • Installation Of Gravitational Ventilation And Hybrid Ventilation (Basement Rooms Will Be Gravitationally Ventilated, While Gravitational, Hybrid, Mechanically Assisted Ventilation Has Been Designed For Kitchens And Bathrooms, Where One Duct Will Be Connected To Vertically 4 Rooms With The Same Purpose), • Execution Of Connections, Among Others: Water Supply, Sanitary Sewage System, Rainwater Sewage System, • Installation Of Photovoltaics On A Built Facility With A Capacity Of 20Kw With Panels Located On The Roof Slope, With An Inverter Placed In A Separate Fire Protection A Room In The Basement, • Preparation Of Comprehensive Substantive Documentation (Including Design), Making Necessary Changes To The Existing Documentation And Construction Of A Complete Engine Room Based On Ground-Source Heat Pumps, With A Heating Power Of At Least 80 Kw, • Land Development, Planting And Sowing Lawns , Assembly Of Benches, • Assembly Of Stair And Balcony Railings, • Execution Of Lighting Of The Area, Access Road, Parking Spaces, Sidewalks, Garbage Shed, Fencing Of Home Gardens And A Retaining Wall, • Execution Of The Necessary Update Or Supplementation Of Substantive Documentation, • Preparation Of The Object For Acceptance,• Tidying Up The Construction Site, • Submitting Relevant Notifications To The Competent Authorities On Behalf Of The Employer And Obtaining A Valid Occupancy Permit. The Employers Requirements For Passenger Lifts: 1) Devices, In Particular, May Not Have Coding Of Connections Between Subassemblies, Technological Or Other Locks - Preventing, If Necessary, The Possibility Of Free Selection Of Alternative Elements, Lift Parts And The Selection Of A Maintenance Technician; 2) Spare Parts For Devices Should Be Available From Several Suppliers;3) Control Devices Are To Be Equipped With Elements Necessary To Perform Maintenance And Repairs;4) Installed Devices Will Be Equipped With All Accessories Necessary For Proper Operation, Operating Manuals, Crane Operation Manuals And Service Manuals - All Documents Must Be In The Language Polish Or Translated Into Polish. The Contractor, In Particular, Will Be Obliged To: 1. Obtaining A Conformity Assessment Of Lifts By The Notifying Body (Or With Its Participation) Udt Or Tüf In Accordance With Applicable European Union And National Regulations (In Particular: Directive Of The European Parliament No. 2014/33/Eu Of February 26, 2014 On The Harmonization Of The Laws Of Concerning Lifts And Safety Components For Lifts (Journal Of Laws Of The European Union, Series L. Of 2014, No. 96, Item 251), Regulation Of The Minister Of Development Of June 3, 2016 On Requirements For Lifts And Safety Components For Lifts / Journal Of Laws Of 2016, Item 811/);2. Perform All Activities Related To The Commissioning And Admission To Use Of The Lifts: 3. Making Notifications And Obtaining Acceptances Together With The Admission Of Passenger Lifts To Operation By The Office Of Technical Inspection, Including Also To Cover Any Costs, In Particular, Determined By The Office Of Technical Inspection;4. Preparation Of As-Built Documentation With All Changes Introduced During Construction In A Legible Manner, 5. Training Of The Employers Employee In The Operation And Conditions Of Safe Operation Of The Devices;6. Free Of Charge During The Warranty Period For The Subject Of The Contract, All Inspections And Maintenance Works Of The Lifts, Including The Necessary Inspections In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Manufacturer Of The Lifting Devices Resulting From The Technical Sheets Of The Installed Devices And The Regulations Regarding The Operation Of The Lift And The Requirements Of The Office Of Technical Inspection, Including In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Entrepreneurship And Technology Of 30 October 2018 On The Technical Conditions Of Technical Supervision In The Field Of Operation, Repair And Modernization Of Handling Equipment (Journal Of Laws Of 2018, Item 2176). Carrying Out Inspections And Maintenance Works Of The Lift As Above It Also Includes The Costs Of Purchasing Spare Parts For The Crane. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In: - Construction Design Conditions Of Connections To The Network, - Pfu For The Comprehensive Heating System Of The Entire Building.
