The Subject Of The Contract Includes, In Particular, The Following Scope: 1) Preparation Of Multi-Discipline, Complete Design Documentation (Executive Designs, Sanitary, Electrical, Construction, I&C, Design Of Acoustic Shields) Along With Obtaining All Required Arrangements And Permits, Including A Valid Building Permit (Or Notification Of Works, Depending On What Is Required) Issued By The Competent Authority. 2) Modernization Of The Existing Heat Source Consisting In The Delivery Of A Heat Pump, A Transformer Station And The Assembly Of A Heat Pump System Based On The Supplied Equipment And Heat Pumps Owned By The Employer. At The Stage Of Design And Assembly Works, Devices Owned By The Employer Should Be Used In The System, I.E.: - Air-Liquid Heat Pump Type I-Fx-N-G05/Sl-A/S 0772 Manufactured By Climaveneta, Intended For Modernization Of The Central Heating System - 1 Pc. - Air-Liquid Heat Pump Type Focs-N-G05/Ln-Ca 2622, Manufactured By Climaveneta, Constituting The Lower Source For The Modernized Huw System - 1 Pc. - Two High-Temperature Liquid-Liquid Heat Pumps, Type Ew-Ht 0612 Each, Manufactured By Climaveneta, Intended For Modernization Dhw System - 2 Pcs. For The Modernization Of The Heat Source In The Scope Of Central Heating, Apart From The Devices Owned By The Employer, It Is Necessary To Provide For The Delivery And Installation Of An Additional Heat Pump With A Heating Power Of At Least 627Kw With The Following Parameters: - Water 50/55*C - Ambient Temperature -3* C - Cop Min. 2.2 - Minimum Two Cooling Circuits - Smooth Capacity Control - Minimum Two Circulating Pumps Of The Hydraulic Module (Work And Reserve) The Construction Is Designed Specifically For Outdoor Installation. Base And Frame Made Of Hot-Dip Galvanized Sheet Steel Of Appropriate Thickness. All Parts Powder Coated For Complete Weather Resistance. Self-Supporting Frame Built To Guarantee Maximum Access For Service And Maintenance. The Technological Scheme Of The Modernized Heating Substation Will Be Agreed With The Employer. The Project Is To Provide For The Operation Of Devices Installed Outside Buildings Filled With Non-Freezing Liquid To A Temperature Of At Least -20*C. The Heat Pumps Owned By The Employer And The Heat Pump Delivered By The Contractor Are To Be Connected By An Automation System From The Heat Pump Manufacturer. The Superior Control System (For Controllers In Heat Pumps) Is To Manage The Operation Of All Heat Pumps. In Addition To Controlling, Its Task Will Be To Optimize The Operation Of Devices So As To Achieve The Highest Possible Efficiency Of The Entire System. This System Will Also Control The Variable Liquid Flow (Heat Pumps Owned By The Employer Provide Such Control, The New Heat Pump Must Also Provide Such A Solution). The Master Control Will Be Connected To The Existing Heat Source Control System (This Applies To Ch And Huw). Optimization Of Operation Is To Take Into Account The Automatic Switching/Connection Of Both Heat Sources In Order To Minimize The Costs Of Using The Facility. The System Is To Provide The Ability To Control Via Lan With Visualization. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Appendix 1A To The Tor
