Maintenance Of The Existing Wooden Ceiling: - Removing The Layer Of Concrete Lying On The Existing Ceiling, - To Make New Insulation Of The Ceiling, - To Make Ceilings Suspended Ceilings Made Of Gk Boards And Sheathing Of The Top Ceiling Above The Ground Floor Made Of Osb Boards, 4. The Ordering Party Indicates That Pursuant To Art. 101 Sec. 5 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions (In A Situation Where The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Refers To The Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Article 101 Section 1 Item 2 And Section 3 Pzp), Is Obliged To Prove In The Offer That The Supplies It Offers Meet The Requirements Set Out In The Swz. 5. The Ordering Party Indicates That Pursuant To Art. 101 Sec. 6 Of The Ppl, The Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions (In A Situation Where The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Refers To The Performance Or Functionality Requirements Referred To In Article 101 Section 1 Point 1 Of The Ppl) Is Obliged To Prove In The Offer That The Object Construction, Delivery Or Service Meet The Performance Or Functionality Requirements Specified By The Employer. 6. The Contractor Should Anticipate All Circumstances That May Affect The Price Of The Contract. In Connection With The Above, It Is Recommended That Bidders Check The Terms Of The Contract In Detail In The Field.
