Tenders Are Invited For Comprehensive Supply Of High-Methane Natural Gas (Group E) For The Housing Management Board In Otwock For The Period From October 1, 2023 To September 30, 2024.
1. The Subject Of The Contract Is A Comprehensive Supply Of High-Methane Natural Gas (Group E) For The Gas Intake Point(S) As Per Appendix 1 To The Tor - Delivery Of Gaseous Fuel Together With The Distribution Service To The Employers Facilities, With A Maximum Demand For Fuel Of 727,841 Kwh - According To The Appendix No. 1 To Swz.2. Gaseous Fuel Should Be Delivered Round The Clock To The Delivery And Collection Points Listed In Appendix No. 1 To The Tor, Which Is A Set Of Gas Devices Used To Connect The Internal Network, Owned By The Employer, With The Gas Network Of The System Operator.3. During The Performance Of The Order, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce Or Increase The Size Of The Order By Up To +/- 10% In Relation To The Basic Amount Of Gaseous Fuel For The Purchase Of Gas. The Increase In The Size Of The Order Will Take Place On The Basis Of The Option Right. The Principles, Scope And Manner Of Using The Above By The Employer Are Described In Appendix No. 2 To The Swz - Draft Provisions Of The Contract In 1 Section 3 And 4.4. Information On The Subject Of The Order And The Obligations Of The Ordering Party And The Contractor Are Contained In Appendix No. 2 To The Swz - Draft Provisions Of The Contract.5. At The Request Of The Selected Contractor, The Ordering Party Will Provide The Necessary Data To Carry Out The Supplier Switching Procedure In The Electronic Excel Version Immediately After Signing The Contract. 6. Information On The Currently Binding Agreements Is Described In Appendix No. 1 To The Tor In The Column Term Of The Current Agreement / Notice Period.7. Number Of Contracts For The Comprehensive Supply Of Gaseous Fuel To Be Concluded By The Ordering Party With The Contractor Selected In This Procedure: 1 Contract.
