Acquisition, Installation And Support Of A Fixed Air Surveillance Radar (Astra). Ii.1.5)Short Description Of The Contract Or Purchase(S): The Framework Agreement Aims To Provide An Aerial Surveillance System Capable Of Detecting A Wide Range Of Targets [Minidrones (Between 2 And 25 Kg), Drones, Helicopters, Tourist Planes, Airliners And Fighter Planes], Install On Its Host Site, And Ensure Its Maintenance In Operational And Safety Condition. This System Will Have To Be Sedentarized On Its Host Site And Will Ensure Permanent And 360 Protection Of The Site On Which It Is Deployed, For The Duration Of The Exercise Campaigns, In Metropolitan France. The Detection, Characterization And Friend Or Foe Identification Functions Will Be Provided By This System, In All Weathers, Day And Night, Against The Various Targets Mentioned Above. The System Will Include At Least One Radar And A Remote Console To Ensure Its Use And Maintenance. The System (Radar Included Excluding Remote Console) Must Have A Total Mass Of Less Than 750 Kg. This Includes In Particular The Interfaces With The Deployment Site, The Handling Means And Other Accessories. Deliveries That Have Not Been Subject To Demonstrated Operational Use (Studies, Demonstrators Of Trl <8) Will Not Be Taken Into Account. This Draft Framework Agreement Is Subject To The Procedure With Negotiation In Accordance With The Provisions Of Articles L. 23241, L. 23243, R. 23241, R. 23243, R. 23611, R. 23618 To R. 236111 Of The Code Of Public Order. This Draft Framework Agreement Only Includes Lump-Sum Services And Other Services That May Be Ordered By Subsequent Contracts. This Publication Concerns Only A Call For Applications.
