Tenders Are Invited For Supply Of Consumables For Office Equipment

1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of Original Or Equivalent, Brand New And Without Signs Of External Damage Or Previous Use, Non-Regenerated Consumables For Office Equipment. The Ordering Party Requires That The Offered Consumables Are: Brand New (For The Production Of Which Previously Exploited, Supplemented Or Reworked Elements Were Not Used), Full-Fledged, Non-Regenerated. All Elements Included In The Materials (E.G. Cassette, Photosensitive Drum, Feeding Bar, Collecting Bar, Cleaning Bar, Heating Roller, Pressure Roller, Print Head, Toner, Ink, Ink And Other Not Listed Above) Must Also Be Brand New, Not Regenerated, Not Fabricated, Not Previously (Originally) In Whole Or In Part Composed Of Other Materials (Unused). 2) Consumables Must Have A Capacity Not Lower Than Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Offer Form, Constituting Appendix No. 1 To The Tor. Are Intended, Original Or Equivalent. The Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Is Obliged To Prove That The Supplies He Offers Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. 4) The Technical Parameters Of The Equivalent Materials Should Be The Same Or Better Than The Parameters Of The Original Materials. Equivalent Materials Should Be Specified In The Offer Form By Name, Manufacturer, Symbol And Capacity. 5) Consumables Must Ensure Very Good Print Quality On Any Type Of Paper With A Weight Compatible With The Function Of The Printing Device And Until The Dyeing Agent Is Exhausted. The Print Should Be Legible And Clear, Without Smudges Or Smudges. The Quality Of Printing Should Be Correct Until The Dyeing Agent Is Used Up. Also Have All The Protections Used By Manufacturers - Holograms And Hermetic Inner Packaging. Both The Packaging And The Product Must Not Be Damaged. 7) The Order Includes Supplies Of Consumables To The Delivery Locations Indicated Below In Point 5) Swz.8) Costs Of Transport, Security And Insurance Shall Be Borne By The Contractor, The Ordering Party Shall Ensure The Receipt Of The Goods At The Indicated Location.9) The Contractor Shall Be Responsible For The Loss Or Damage Of The Goods Until They Are Collected By The Ordering Partys Representative.10) The Type And Quantity Of Ordered Materials Are Specified In In Appendix No. 1 To The Swz - Offer Form.
