Jana Twardowskiego In Zemborzyce Tereszy skie And On The Basis Of An Agreement For The Following Units: 6) Volunteer Fire Department In Motycz Le ny 7) Volunteer Fire Department In Uniszowice 8) Volunteer Fire Department In Radawiec Duzy 9 Contracts For The Supply Of Gas Will Be Concluded Under This Procedure3. The Total Amount Of Gaseous Fuel To Be Delivered During The Term Of The Agreement To The Consumption Points Specified In Annex 1 To The Tor Is Estimated At 1,260,2447 Kwh. The Above Value Of The Gas Volume Is An Estimated Value And May Change, However, The Employer Informs That The Expected Amount Of Gas May Decrease Or Increase In Relation To The Estimated Values, Not More Than 40%. In The Event Of A Difference Between The Planned And Actual Consumption, The Contractor Shall Not Pursue Any Financial Claims Other Than Those Resulting From The Amount Of Gas Consumed. Settlements For The Sale And Distribution Of Gas Will Be Made On The Basis Of The Indications Of The Metering And Billing System (Data Provided By The Distribution System Operator, Hereinafter Referred To As Dso), Separately For Each Offtake Point.4. The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In Detail In The Attachments To The Swz: Appendix No. 5 (Agreement Template) And Appendix No. 1 (List Of Collection Points Along With The Estimated Amount Of Collection).5. The Current Agreement Was Concluded With Pgnig Obr t Detaliczny Sp. Z O.O.; St. Jana Kazimierza 3, 01-248 Warsaw For An Indefinite Period. 6. Distribution System Operator; For The Konopnica Commune, Lublin Poviat - Tarn w Tariff Area7. The Ordering Party Informs That The Date Of Commencement Of The Purchase Of Gas Depends On The Successful Completion Of The Supplier Change Procedure. In View Of The Above, The Selected Contractor Undertakes Under This Procedure To Immediately, Not Later Than 14 Calendar Days From The Date Of Concluding The Contract With The Employer, On Behalf Of The Employer Under The Power Of Attorney, Change The Existing Contractor For The Comprehensive Gas Fuels Contract, Maintaining Continuity Of Gas Supplies. The Contractor Is Obliged To Make All Actions And Arrangements With The Distribution System Operator (Dso) Necessary To Carry Out The Supplier Switching Procedure, Based On The Power Of Attorney Granted. The Contractor Will Be Responsible For The Course And Timely Execution Of The Order. 8. The Contractor Should Have A Valid Agreement With The Distribution System Operator (Unless He Is An Operator Himself), Operating On The Premises Of The Ordering Party And Enabling The Sale Of Gaseous Fuel Via The Distribution Network To Consumption Points.9. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, In Particular The Indication Of Individual Gas Consumption Points, Is Included In Annex 1 To The Tor, Which Is An Integral Part Of This Tor And Of The Subsequent Agreement.
