The Subject Of The Contract Are Construction Works Consisting In The Renovation Of The Facade Of The Building No. 1 Of The School And Kindergarten Complex In Nowa Wieś Ełcka At Ul. Ełcka 18. The Order Does Not Include A Part Of The Building Included In The Municipal Register Of Monuments. The Scope Of The Building Covered By The Renovation Of The Facade In Accordance With The Building Projection - Annex 1. The Scope Of Works Includes In Particular: A) Scaffolding Installation B) Protection Against Damage And Soiling Of Window And Door Woodwork, Window Sills, Gutters And Downpipes, Roof With Soffit And All Devices And Elements Fixed On The Façade As Well As Lawns, Pavements And Areas Around The Building; C) Disassembly And Re-Assembly Of Elements Fixed On The Surface Of The Walls; D) Disassembly And Re-Assembly Of Downpipes; E) Cleaning The Façade With A Fungicide And Algaecide; Filling In Defects, Cracks, Plaster Scratches On The Walls - Local Repairs; G) Priming The Surface Before Painting And Plastering; Of Glass Fibre, Thin-Layer Plaster);I) Removal Of The Existing Layer Of Plaster From Plinths And Laying A New Plaster Coat - Mosaic Plaster; J) Two-Time Painting Of Plasters With Silicone Façade Paint In Colors And Color Scheme Agreed With The Ordering Party. The Proposed Colors Should Be As Close As Possible To The Existing Façade Of The Building Made Under A Separate Order Entitled Thermal Modernization Of The Primary School In Nowa Wieś Ełcka.
